    At 48 years old with lots of old injuries, I find these types of mobility exercises to be essential if I want to push heavier weights. Thanks for making the video as it has given me some new ideas on mobility! Cheers!

    I'm knocked over by the shoulder dislocations... I was taught to do them both arms going up and behind same time, not by a pro I'll add! I can't believe how long I've misunderstood that exercise, I've even talked about them with the osteo I see and marvelled when he says how close he can get it gripped. Great vid mate thanks for sharing the knowledge.

    This barbell downward dog.
    I do something similar with a cable and a pulley.
    Not heavy 20, 30 kg allows one to relax into the stretch

    lol I used to do dead hangs from a bar to stretch out and I could never work out why I felt like I was going to pass out, I got really scared about it.... turns out my traps and shoulders were applying a blood choke to my arteries.... good stuff I;m going to try these out

    • @PC-qu7zk
      @PC-qu7zk 2 роки тому

      Find a lifting program that fits your goals, find an effective diet plan you enjoy and both of those should help put on mass. Sleep good and all that extra stuff to of course

      Be consistent over years , even skinny people can get very strong 💪🏼

    • @sonnystormg
      @sonnystormg 2 роки тому

      I used to be very skinny too! (still kinda skinny but in 2years I made some decent gains, I did not work my ass off)
      this is what worked for me:
      riding my bike 4 times a week at least for 2 yrs (I did not ride in winter time) grew my legs(mainly thighs) and better cardio.
      Gymnastic rings for my upper body (good results in 3-4 months).
      Dumbells for isolating exercises.
      I did some benchpress for 4-5 months but I honestly did not notice a lot of results (i didnt have a program)
      be careful not to overtrain - burnouts set me back a lot.
      Eat proper nutritious food
      Good sleep
      Good rest(massage yourself, slow stretching with deep breathing).
      a good program and planning helps
      most importantly enjoy the process & have fun! good luck man :)

    I’d believe they worked if you were mobile. But throughout the video you’re saying you’re not mobile in the shoulder 😂
    Which means you either don’t do these exercises or you do them and they don’t work 🤔
