2. The Tails with the blue cape is Luther, he is the force that directly opposes Sarah in Needlemouse, he takes on this appearance in the second season. If you haven't checked out the series, you really should. It's great

To answer your question about the Lullaby mod: YES, it's coming back, there was a trailer for it last month in the Funkin forward 3 video. It said it's coming "soonish", so it could come out this month or the next

The Tails with blue cape is named Luther, he's one of the people Needlemouse captures and tortures, Luther actually used a Chaos Emerald to forge it into an axe to fight Needlemouse

14:03 that Sonic is called devoid. After Sonic tried to stop one of eggman’s plan. He found his dead body at his base. But it turns out he wasn’t killed. But his plan was to use the power of the time stones to become everywhere all over the world. And Sonic was too late. In that form eggman was invincible and couldn’t be stopped, Sonic tried to use the time stones to rewind time, but since eggman used them they were under his control and a type of error sent Sonic into a void. Sonic, using his speed, outran the void and made it back to green hillzone, but somthing wasn’t right. All the grass and water had disappeared, he started running, trying to find someone when he found tails, he was also looking around confused so Sonic called out to him. Tails turned around to look at him, first looking happy, then he looked terrified, turns out Sonic had no more face. Just a void, and the void had consumed tails, and sonic could still hear him screaming, he begged him to stop, and he did. Sonic took the face of a defeated robot to hide his face so nobody would be sucked up by the void unless he wanted them to be. And he made it his goal to kill eggman and get revenge on him.

The blue sonic with the makings mask in hollow is called devoid, his backstory is pretty much it’s regular sonic but something that made him have a void in his face that people get sucked into if they look at him, so he wears a mask and hid from society so he can’t hurt anyone
I think Lord X is standing like that because I think he acts like a child when he “plays” with bf
Actually the Lore of the sprite says that it's Lord X is near death, basically his vessel is near it's demise and end, so Lord X knowing it, makes one last song for BF

The Creator Of Lord X said that this design is canon as The Sonic Vessel that Lord X is in is Decomposing and rotting away, which is why Lord X looks like that.

the sonic you see is devoid he is the real sonic well in this mod hes not been taken over by sonic exe hes simply just a hedgehog but he has a mask similar to majin sonic but lore time: sonic was doing his sonic thing tryna stop eggman but failed so he was sent to a void and he escape so fast that the void took over his face so he doesn’t know untill he find tails and tails is inside of sonic (dont take it out of context you creepy r34 people) and now he hears tails screaming everyday sonic wants him to stop but tails cant hear him so sonic wants to brutally kill eggman whatever it takes bc he took it too far
