Thank you I appreciate that, yeah you can’t go wrong with the 60’s spaghetti westerns, even when they’re cheaper in production value they’re still entertaining and fun to watch.
Thanks for watching, take care! 😎👍

Thanks Gareth! Seeing as you’ve seen the Eastwood trilogy and “Once upon a time in the west” I’d recommend the one remaining Sergio Leone western “Duck you sucker” aka “Fistful of Dynamite” next. Then go over to “Django” & “The great Silence” from the other Sergio (Corbucci). 😎👍

    Hi Jeff,
A fine collection my friend, that Italo western box set is actually one I never did track down early on in my collection & is a nice set but damn expensive now 😬.
Out of the Sartana movies the first two are my fav with the character.
Still one of the best ever releases on blu ray for a spaghetti western movie Grindhouse releasing’s “The Big Gundown” & totally agree with the audio versions, hoping Indicator will do that when released in the U.K. soon.
“Days of vengeance’ my fav Gemma spaghetti from him, “The Great Silence” I would recommend to newbies of the genre as just for sheer shock value 🤣😎

Thanks as always Carlos buddy 😎👍. Yeah that Italo box is long OOP by now but was able to get for a decent price myself and was absolutely glad i did cause there some rare and great movies. Yeah don’t know what it is but never got into the second “Sartana” film as much as i did the first and fourth one. Still a good one though but like the other more, least favorite (although not bad) would be the Hilton one. Yup Grindhouse absolutely knocked it out of the park with the “Big gundown” release, if only it had the hybrid version/dub it would have been THE best spaghetti western physical release. If Indicator would do it for their release I’d buy it in a heartbeat.
“Days of vengeance” very good one indeed and just found out Explosive Media is going to release it on Blu ray soon so really looking forward to that.
Lol “The great silence” for newbies haha, that would be something 😂.
Anyway take care Carlos, great to hear from you as always my spaghetti western brother. Speak soon! 😎👊

Thanks Mike, would love to see you doing a collection video as it’s always great to see another fan’s collection. So yeah that would be cool. “The forgotten pistolero” is a fantastic one indeed, very underrated.
Yeah “Last of the badmen” i also have that’s featured in part 2. It’s a pretty good one indeed featuring another cool role from Eduardo Fajardo & also Frank Wolff.
      Take care Mike! 😎👊

11:53 we germans are masters of giving movies new (and most of the time stupid) titles lol
though some have become iconic, like "Once Upon a Time in the West" becoming "Spiel mir das Lied vom Tod", or "The Great Silence" being "Leichen pflastern seinen Weg".
I watched the complete german version of The Big Gundown, and i swear the "german dub" is at least 50% italien lol at least it was interesting to see what was dubbed, and which scenes were cut; the original german version must have been only like 45 minutes long.

😂😂 yeah the translated titles do give me a chuckle sometimes but i agree with you on the German title for “Once upon a time in the west”. “Spiel mir das lied von tod” that one makes sense and they also tied it in nicely at the end with the flashback.
Wow that’s funny that “The big gundown” had so much cut for the German version, can’t imagine why so many scenes weren’t left in. Most of the scenes in the hybrid English/ Italian version the scenes that switch to Italian are mostly dialogue scenes which I’ve found really strange. Guess they just wanted a shorter film to get more showings in the US or something.
Anyway thanks for watching and commenting, I appreciate it.
Vielen dank und alles gute! 😁👍
