Hey guys! I'm really happy to show you this video. It's my most advanced work so far, and it's a very special video for me; I really hope you'll like it!
It's been one year since my first StarCraft cover, and I thought about doing another one since then. I'm also extremely excited by the upcoming releasing of Legacy Of The Void. I'm a big fan of the Terran's theme of the two StarCraft games, Blizzard's Audio Team is doing some of the best work in VGM world. I couldn't wait anymore to do a new StarCraft cover so here it is!
This song is available on the GameLarks Records Vol.1 album, along with 18 others VGM Cover artists. They are all extremely talented, and if you could please check out their work, they deserves it. The album is available on LoudR, but also on Google Play, Itunes, Spotify and Amazon MP3. Please make sure to check it out, the album as a whole is excellent, everybody gave his best in it, as well as Allen from Gamelark Remixes, who organised the whole thing. Parfait. Absolutely parfait. Your cover makes me to remember my younger days. I really like SC2 covers but yours, especially intro is emotional I think. Accord of guitar and swirling wind sound make me to think that I am in the Koprulu Sec. I also enjoyed your cover of SC1 terran 3. Waiting for terran 1 theme. Thx

Welcome! How does it come you can play all those instruments that well? Do you study music or what is the background of that?
I definitely wouldn't say I play those that well, a lot of things I would like to play better, but I guess we're never happy with our skills in those kind of stuff^^ I'm not a professional, I studied some theorical music as a kid and had some drum lessons for a few years, the rest is internet stuff, practice and passion. Still need to progress though ;) Thanks!
Yeah I know what you mean, I also play a little guitar myself and also think that it's never gonna be good enough to satisfy me, always noticing my own mistakes. :) But as a listener of your SC covers I really enjoy it, so respect and praise to your dedication and practice you put into it!
One question from a beginner:
How do you make out what notes to play? Only by ear? I still struggle when I can't find any tabs.
Thanks you very much! Yes, I work only by ear, saves me the time to search and learn the tabs, and I often twist the songs so I prefer that.
I never said this before, but I was planning on doing a Terran cover a while ago... when I found your video I just gave up because you had already made the definitive Terran cover! You have the Terran formula down! Awesome work as always :D

I´ve been a musician myself for a long time ( youtube - private rafting club). You actually hear how much love and effort is put into this. many studio musicians just play job after job... which kills a lot of momentum for me.
