The AC should be put at 76 to 78 which will seem cold to the outside. If you lower it , it strains to maintain and the coolant leaks and freezes the coils. and a cycle begins frozen coils prevent air circulation
The Moxy is really nice on South Beach. The roof is absolutely gorgeous. My boyfriend and I sat up there and cuddled looking at the beautiful ocean view. My Marriott insider status allowed me to stay for under $100 per night. SoBe is very expensive. I basically took the same trip as part of my road trip. So funny. Was at Disney, SoBe, Fort Lauderdale and the Keys. However, I also visited Cincinnati, Mammoth Cave, Nashville, New Orleans, Fort Myers, St. Augustine, Atlanta, Cherokee, Niagara Falls and New York City.
Next time, go to the California Grill on the top of the Contemporary for a really nice meal. You can watch the fireworks going off over at the Magic Kingdom, if you get the right reservation time. Also, you should jump on the monorail loop and check out the resorts. The tiki bar at the Polynesian is really fun. However, the best is the Animal Kingdom lodge near the Animal Kingdom. Boma has a great buffet and Sana has an awesome Indian bread service. Also, consider the water parks because they are really fun and cheaper than a park ticket.
Really, does no one here know how to change an air filter, thats the first thing you check when the air conditioning is wonky, its an ABaB not a hotel, most owners don't even wash the sheets between guests, thats why they ask you to make the bed
