We share 3 daughters. It's like these sounds gave me a boost and protected my mind this channel sapiens medicine and daily effective prayer channel all helped me tremendously and the sound healers. I learned that God keeps people honest and if someone gets immediately angered when you try speaking of anything spiritual their demons are upset and I don't trust them. God bless you.

The light in ur heart if u focus on it and can open it up u will feel amazing u will also feel vulnerable but u will also be way stronger. @@Erinpink I recommend listening to this daily if you can , before you go to bed and first thing in the morning, if you can , but if not, most important for me is I play this or others of Altonas music creations before I go to sleep, because being an Empath we are most vulnerable when we are asleep, I've had a psychic attacks before and so I make sure I play Altonas music at least for half an hour before I go to sleep, to cleanse any negativity that may be hanging around in my room or around me , and I say my prayers giving thanks and asking for forgiveness for my sins and asking for protection for myself and my family and friends etc. It's become a bit of a night time ritual for me and , so far it's worked for me, and whenever I've felt anything negative around me, I get straight onto UA-cam and start playing Altonas music to get rid of it . Ive never felt more tortured in my life. I pregnant and unable to physically do much because of very serious physical health issues. Ive never felt more tortured in my life. I pregnant and unable to physically do much because of very serious physical health issues. Currently been staying with someone who is a selfish control freak and right now i feel as though i am prey that has been trapped and corned to be tortured by energy being to my way and attach to me.
