Yes, it's what I'm starting to finally learn. His actions and blatant lack of caring, saying stuff that doesn't make sense then when proven wrong says he didn't say that, I heard someone describe it perfectly in a video called twisting things. He sure does that very well with the full on gas lighting also. I pray for strength, courage, and can heal so I'll be ready to love others correctly without having PTSD from the abuse ❤

I woke up just now to a phone call from a narcissist individual who does nothing but complain and turns his complaints into verbal “beat downs” towards the other person. I listen to these tones before I go to sleep no matter what time of day. The perfect tone always comes through right at the moment when I need. I love love love this energy that I dwell in now. It’s so beautiful and peaceful. Sometimes lower vibrational energies will come to attempt to “steal” peace and “murder” the soul. Yet, THE CREATOR is THE SHIELD of PROTECTION and everyone of us that has a “calling” or “gift” are covered. I am so grateful to be chosen for this journey. And even more grateful to know that I am favored by The Universe. I remind myself to Stay strong and never give up!!!! Narcisists are attracted by people who feel weak. When they sense you're fragile, they enter inbetween your wounds and live there like parasites. I know what it means. So never lose your inner power. Focus on it and do increase it. That's the best shield to keep them away from your aura. Always remember: if someone hurts you continuously, cut the path you both were walking in together. I tried so many times to make her become a better person but she doesn’t try to set her mind to view how her actions in any way affect me and that a disgusting, unclean, narcissistic spirit is in her!! I seem to attract narcissists, I've had a few violent partners, and people are always abusing me in one way or another, taking my kindness for weakness etc. I've learnt a lot of hard lessons in my life, my mum abandoned me at the age of 17, for a man with money, and he's sucked her in and got in her head and totally changed her, it's like I barely know her anymore and we used to be so close before he came along. I'm now 44 and I still can't seem to let go of the hurt it's caused me, and I wish my mum could just wake up and realise what this mans done, but it's like she sticks by him and outcasts me her only child. He wanted me out of the way , I saw through him but my mum just won't see it and seems to hate me these days. She doesn't even write love from on birthday cards etc anymore, and I notice little things like that. There's a lot more to it but I won't go on. I'm an only child too, my real Dad is remarried and I have a half brother and sister whom I get on with and they're on my side most of the time, although my Dad said the other day he feels like piggy in the middle, because my mum tells him stuff about me and then he hears stuff from me and he doesn't know who's telling the truth. I often feel like the problem child no one wants. Insuff with PTSD and borderline emotional personality disorder because of all the various traumas I've been through, from a child. My mum doesn't seem to understand how badly things have messed me up or she just doesn't seem to give a damn! I also found out in the past 10 years, I'm an Empath and we seem to forever attract narcissists, so Ive learnt from an online Empath workshop I took part in a few months back that went on for a couple of weeks and I found it very helpful. I got outcasted from there too because at the time I had some kind of negative spirit attachment going on and I was typing in the chat room about it and seeking any kind of advice because it was kinda scary what was going on and I'd never experienced anything like it before and needed some advice, next thing I know I was banned from the chat room and not even warned or anything, and then when I went to the workshop leader she said she had ban me because of the things I was saying in the chat room and she didn't want any negative vibes in her group and people getting scared , so she's had to ban me. Coming from another Empath which I thought wasn't very fair of empathetic of her, I was only trying to get some help and advice but I felt I was being hated on. It's like everywhere I go, people either love me or they hate me for no good reason. I got bullied real badly all through my high school by all the popular girls for no good reason , but they would make up something, just so they could start on me. I've toughened up since then but seem to learn everything the hard way, life never seems to give me a break, it's unfair the amount of stuff I've actually been through, life's been very unkind to me and I'm not a horrible person at all. Well we all can be horrible when we want to be, if pushed too far but generally, I try to get on with everyone and people seem to hate on me because my light shines brighter than theirs possibly and they see something in me that they wish they had , as I'm sure it's the same for many of you on here , going through the same stuff? I'm starting to think there's something blocking me, I had an African guy who works with Ebu I think it's called, he said I'm destined for great things because of my ancestors or something, and he needs to do a cleansing ritual or something, but obviously wants paying , but I don't have much money right now. I'm not quite sure what I should do, as I'm starting to think he's right about something trying to get in my way because nothing seems to go right, like I'm not supposed to be happy at all. I could do with some advice please, if anyone out there can help. Should I go and see a medium for a reading or a rekki healer to balance my chakras, or do I need this ritual to get rid of whatever it is blocking my success?? Sorry to go on but I'm still on my spiritual journey and learning about my gifts so anyone who's more advanced and experience I'd be grateful to hear from you with any advice on where I should go from here? Done my own self deliverance but I think I'm going to go church and see a minister. Thanks for your advice. I do regularly cleanse my space and pray but I need to get back into meditation. I've been going through Spiritual Warfair, saw some dark things around me in my room a couple of weeks ago, a blacker than black smokey mist and then whatever that was kept trying to scare me but I keep to Gods word to have no fear as they prey on that , from my own experience. Hello Emma. I can see similarities in your story with my own. No matter the difficulties I found, a narcissistic and abusive father having my brother becoming similar to him, I managed to get a degree in psychology and always have been into therapeutic practices in general and spirituality yet without exaggerations but with caution. I'm sad to hear that the supposed empaths showed no real empathy to you. Sometimes groups of this kind are inauthentic. Dark forces, although this may sound metaphysical seem to try to hinder certain people's progress causing setbacks, psychic attacks, bad luck and depression. I have had my share of these inexplicable things. I want to send you warmth and to tell you you're not alone although it may seem so. Please, take care of yourself, your daily routines as much as possible, give to yourself the love and attention you need, listen deeply, our psychological state is important as well as a beautiful relationship with our bodies. The tide will turn, what trauma does is numb us and this way we cannot listen to our intuition, a voice most crucial. If you have creative abilities invest in them, there's therapy hiding there. Nature is also a great healer, trust your own instinct and don't look back. And please when you choose who to trust from now on try to evaluate things first, raise your standards, you're worth it. Consider it a blessing that they have targeted you, the empath. As long as you have that light and love within you they will always be on the hunt for you. Learn and build up your defenses like saying NO., strengthen boundaries, and above all ignore, do not react and feed them your energy (positive or negative, it doesn't matter, they need it to survive, like vampires). See it all as spiritual warfare -> good vs. evil, light vs. darkness, Abel vs. Cain, angels vs. demons, etc. etc.

I even used to shovel snow off one of the neighbor's driveways plus go on walks or play games with her daughter and other neighbor kids, but they turned on me after her daughter saw the end of a poor baby bunny, so the neighbors blame me and have been manipulating me since. I usually meditate and she can’t stand the energies of meditation, so she always leaves in the middle of my meditation. Yes, it's what I'm starting to finally learn. His actions and blatant lack of caring, saying stuff that doesn't make sense then when proven wrong says he didn't say that, I heard someone describe it perfectly in a video called twisting things. I woke up just now to a phone call from a narcissist individual who does nothing but complain and turns his complaints into verbal “beat downs” towards the other person. I listen to these tones before I go to sleep no matter what time of day. The perfect tone always comes through right at the moment when I need. I love love love this energy that I dwell in now. It’s so beautiful and peaceful. Sometimes lower vibrational energies will come to attempt to “steal” peace and “murder” the soul. Yet, THE CREATOR is THE SHIELD of PROTECTION and everyone of us that has a “calling” or “gift” are covered. I am so grateful to be chosen for this journey. And even more grateful to know that I am favored by The Universe. I remind myself to Stay strong and never give up!!!! I seem to attract narcissists, I've had a few violent partners, and people are always abusing me in one way or another, taking my kindness for weakness etc. I've learnt a lot of hard lessons in my life, my mum abandoned me at the age of 17, for a man with money, and he's sucked her in and got in her head and totally changed her, it's like I barely know her anymore and we used to be so close before he came along. I'm now 44 and I still can't seem to let go of the hurt it's caused me, and I wish my mum could just wake up and realise what this mans done, but it's like she sticks by him and outcasts me her only child. He wanted me out of the way , I saw through him but my mum just won't see it and seems to hate me these days. She doesn't even write love from on birthday cards etc anymore, and I notice little things like that. There's a lot more to it but I won't go on. I'm an only child too, my real Dad is remarried and I have a half brother and sister whom I get on with and they're on my side most of the time, although my Dad said the other day he feels like piggy in the middle, because my mum tells him stuff about me and then he hears stuff from me and he doesn't know who's telling the truth. I often feel like the problem child no one wants. Insuff with PTSD and borderline emotional personality disorder because of all the various traumas I've been through, from a child. My mum doesn't seem to understand how badly things have messed me up or she just doesn't seem to give a damn! I also found out in the past 10 years, I'm an Empath and we seem to forever attract narcissists, so Ive learnt from an online Empath workshop I took part in a few months back that went on for a couple of weeks and I found it very helpful. I got outcasted from there too because at the time I had some kind of negative spirit attachment going on and I was typing in the chat room about it and seeking any kind of advice because it was kinda scary what was going on and I'd never experienced anything like it before and needed some advice, next thing I know I was banned from the chat room and not even warned or anything, and then when I went to the workshop leader she said she had ban me because of the things I was saying in the chat room and she didn't want any negative vibes in her group and people getting scared , so she's had to ban me. Coming from another Empath which I thought wasn't very fair of empathetic of her, I was only trying to get some help and advice but I felt I was being hated on. It's like everywhere I go, people either love me or they hate me for no good reason. I got bullied real badly all through my high school by all the popular girls for no good reason , but they would make up something, just so they could start on me. I've toughened up since then but seem to learn everything the hard way, life never seems to give me a break, it's unfair the amount of stuff I've actually been through, life's been very unkind to me and I'm not a horrible person at all. Well we all can be horrible when we want to be, if pushed too far but generally, I try to get on with everyone and people seem to hate on me because my light shines brighter than theirs possibly and they see something in me that they wish they had , as I'm sure it's the same for many of you on here , going through the same stuff? I'm starting to think there's something blocking me, I had an African guy who works with Ebu I think it's called, he said I'm destined for great things because of my ancestors or something, and he needs to do a cleansing ritual or something, but obviously wants paying , but I don't have much money right now. I'm not quite sure what I should do, as I'm starting to think he's right about something trying to get in my way because nothing seems to go right, like I'm not supposed to be happy at all. I could do with some advice please, if anyone out there can help. Should I go and see a medium for a reading or a rekki healer to balance my chakras, or do I need this ritual to get rid of whatever it is blocking my success?? Sorry to go on but I'm still on my spiritual journey and learning about my gifts so anyone who's more advanced and experience I'd be grateful to hear from you with any advice on where I should go from here? Done my own self deliverance but I think I'm going to go church and see a minister. Thanks for your advice. I do regularly cleanse my space and pray but I need to get back into meditation. I've been going through Spiritual Warfair, saw some dark things around me in my room a couple of weeks ago, a blacker than black smokey mist and then whatever that was kept trying to scare me but I keep to Gods word to have no fear as they prey on that , from my own experience. Hello Emma. I can see similarities in your story with my own. No matter the difficulties I found, a narcissistic and abusive father having my brother becoming similar to him, I managed to get a degree in psychology and always have been into therapeutic practices in general and spirituality yet without exaggerations but with caution. I'm sad to hear that the supposed empaths showed no real empathy to you. Sometimes groups of this kind are inauthentic. Dark forces, although this may sound metaphysical seem to try to hinder certain people's progress causing setbacks, psychic attacks, bad luck and depression. I have had my share of these inexplicable things. I want to send you warmth and to tell you you're not alone although it may seem so. Please, take care of yourself, your daily routines as much as possible, give to yourself the love and attention you need, listen deeply, our psychological state is important as well as a beautiful relationship with our bodies. The tide will turn, what trauma does is numb us and this way we cannot listen to our intuition, a voice most crucial. If you have creative abilities invest in them, there's therapy hiding there. Nature is also a great healer, trust your own instinct and don't look back. And please when you choose who to trust from now on try to evaluate things first, raise your standards, you're worth it. Consider it a blessing that they have targeted you, the empath. As long as you have that light and love within you they will always be on the hunt for you. Learn and build up your defenses like saying NO., strengthen boundaries, and above all ignore, do not react and feed them your energy (positive or negative, it doesn't matter, they need it to survive, like vampires). See it all as spiritual warfare -> good vs. evil, light vs. darkness, Abel vs. Cain, angels vs. demons, etc. etc.

Thank you. My neighbors are bullying me for feeding the birds. We used to be friends. I even used to shovel snow off one of the neighbor's driveways plus go on walks or play games with her daughter and other neighbor kids, but they turned on me after her daughter saw the end of a poor baby bunny, so the neighbors blame me and have been manipulating me since. Ok guys! This particular vibrational shield is powerful! I have a narcissistic neighbor who just left her apartment in the middle of this sound being played out loud. I usually meditate and she can’t stand the energies of meditation, so she always leaves in the middle of my meditation. Now, I haven’t meditated today, but I played this and she left 😂😂😂 🤣 this works so well!! Sometimes I feel lazy meditating, and I prefer to use this instead. It’s easier
