hmm I do not think so direct. You can of course use the gizmo to rotate the object and this will rotate the gizmo. You can change the origin of the object using the gizmo which does include the rotation.
Hey Dallas. Your videos are fantastic, packed full of information and very useful information. I have a question about the world axis. I need to place a building in a specific/precise real-world location. The building needs to be in the exact geographic location and at the correct topographic elevation (feet above sea level). Is it possible to enter cartesian coordinates and elevation using the world axis gizmo?
That is not something I have attempted to achieve although I believe you could get close if not exact using the method you mentioned. One caveat is that Twinmotion is not the size of the world and does not have true long/lat coordinates to input. I feel the best you could do it use the internal origin of whatever program you use to model and make sure everything matches that in Twinmotion.
Can you rotate the axis of a gizmo? So the X and Y point in another direction compared to the object?

i really want absolute coordinate type ins
You are able to specify absolute coordinates.
