You are correct, 45-50K USD is actually what one should ask for while working remotely as 45-50K USD actually converts to 35-40 LPA INR so it's pretty decent... Later obviously you can ask for raise...

Can you go deeper on getting these remote contract based or full time jobs. Using open source, twitter, freelance etc. How to explore these things if you have 2-4 years of experience. And other profile than core development like SRE, Devops, data engineers etc.

I am self taught. I have been doing Remote Jobs from past 4 years. I have been working with same employer for 2.5 years and now my hourly rate is only 13$. The thing is its a small startup with no degree restrictions.
