first off, that is stupid for so many reason, but lets do the obvious one and say that he is a tattoo artist, who wears gloves and in his level of professionalism, he probably even washes his hands before tattooing. Having dirty nails has NOTHING to do with being a tattoo artist, because you will never see his nails. Secondly dentist constantly wash and disinfect their hands and also wear gloves. you go onto videos of a people painting and you stare at their finger nails looking for dirt? because that's weird
