Any judge saying “I don’t care about facts” must be removed.
The SCOTUS is deciding the circumstances under which presidential immunity should apply. Not whether Trump can be prosecuted for his acts. Once they decide, then we can take up the question of whether Trump is immune from prosecution for fomenting rebellion.

Petition. Petitions, the youth have a voice now. First time in history here. There are enough with families and friends, activists, advocates, artists. They are all busy, since 2011. We have rules and laws about health. Medical, mental. Some of the Supreme Court are elderly and lifelong imbibers. Their judgement or ideas are suspect. Apply which laws apply and the American Disabilities Act. There are rules and laws they can't evade. The ADA doesn't cover civil, criminal, inherent lawbreakers. The youth probably began some legal actions regarding actions began some legal options. And petitions. Another important beginning for them. Thanks for your words and reading these.

I am a prosecutor in lower courts in Tasmania. The Australian High Court would never consider such a hypothetical situation. It has said repeatedly it will only consider the issue in contention. Mr Popok has said that. Without wishing to be rude, how can the most senior court in the USA sound like a very poor Year 1 law course seminar? If the Supreme Court cannot resolve this, it will be the demise of the USA as a leading liberal democracy.
Because the justices on the highest court in the land were corrupted - or in some cases, installed there - by a man who has an IQ similar to that of a hamster. I feel like this upcoming election is our last stand as a nation. Either the Democrats sweep everything, house, senate and presidency.... AND THEN PACK THE SUPREME COURT..... or the United States is done as a country. The reason being our government and institutions cater to the billionaires and 1% at the expense of everyone else..... I know the chances of this happening are slim. Even then, deep down I believe the Democratic Party is too naive and out of touch with reality to actually turn the situation around.
It would take raising the national minimum wage to $23 an hour, regulating rental prices such that an entry level apartment isn't $1,500 a month starting. Dropping housing prices so young people can actually afford homes.
