Day 86 of no weed i was a big smoker for 24 years and got psychosis from it and depression and panic attacks realy bad anxious all the time i watched your videos regularly to keep me on track addiction gives you nothing, withdrawaling shows you and teaches you how bad it realy was and what it was doing to me thank you for your help in such a dark time
Congrats! You've almost achieved my goal of 90 days :) on day 5 rn, was feeling a lil down but got some work done on an engine and now I'm more motivated than ever, keep going!

Man I have 26 days sober and my life has turned around. Got a job that pays amazing, worked through legal issues that I've been avoiding for years and have the love and support of my gf and son. Things are still stressful but I've learned natural skills to deal with life on life's terms! You guys can do it too if you want. I still use nicotene but will be quitting that soon!

I know I have a addiction to this I’ve been smoking every day all day every hour every minute and I justify it because I have a spine injury but I just hate this addiction because I’m secluded so much that I’m afraid to go outside a lot and I never do anything like I used to I’m going through their withdraws I feel so sick

I quit both four months ago and tbh the withdrawals sucked and I had so many panic attacks but the disappointment wasn’t worth the temporary moment of pleasure is what helped me and it gets better ! Also the health benefits are so nice

Being sober changes your life for the better. I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Could never go back to smoking weed. Alcohol no way. Having a clear head is the way to go.
not true for many, if people have any mental condition it’s almost always better for them to be medicated and not “sober and clean”. if you can function sober good for you, but sobering up does not solve any problems, especially not the problems that lead to people using in the first place. people do not use for fun. at least responsible people do not.
@@LIVEMETRIX187 being sober doesn’t solve your problems? I highly disagree with that statement. Also marijuana use for psychological problems makes it worse. Sobriety has made my mental health way better lol.

@@bostowncs marijuana is prescribed medically for many mental issues, it helps my ptsd tremendously. quitting the harder drugs i’ve used did not solve what i was using them for, which would be my ptsd and MDD. if you can’t moderate your substance usage just say so, but do not denounce medicine.
You can enjoy this trip baked/drunk as well not everything in life is about “being sober” you also gotta release stress in any way possible to help with the pain mentally/physically

Why do people act like you can’t enjoy stuff while high or drunk? Sure it’s a different kind of joy when sober but you can enjoy the same things high.
Because everything you enjoy while stoned/drink is muffled..it’s more clear when you’re not on any substances
