Maxxxine wasn’t bad per se. It wasn’t as great as I’d hoped but it was very campy. Very much like a noir novel. I enjoyed it but I know it wasn’t the best thing ever.
Be funny if they all got a badge lol. Its good when its good.
For the runway I have my "Out of The Box" vs. "Simply White" group
-> Top OTB is: GottMik, followed by Shannel, Jorgeous, lastly Nina.
-> Top DW is: Angeria and Plastique, followed by Vanjie, and last Roxxy.
My least favorite runway look was Roxxxy's. Cute, but it fell flat compared to the rest of the Queens.
I think if Nina's bottom was pants, it would even out(?) the proportions.

Aside - gender roles in the horror genre:
Would you be more open to M3gan is it was M@tty? You're dismissive of M3gan's self-awareness, yet Chucky projects ten times the obnoxious, over the top, winking at the audience humor. I can't help notice that 99% of main line horror *villains and heroes are male*. Females are typically damsels in distress and/or adjacent figures to the chief villain. And though fictional AI concepts have been around for well over a century (e.g. Frankenstein, Brave New World + 1984 -> The Matrix) this is one of a few where the main characters are female and the victims male (i.e. reversal of gender roles). But it doesn't emasculate or objectify the males either.
The primary difference between Chucky and M3gan is supernatural possession vs AI based self awareness of a ubiquitous consumer product. But Chucky is limited to possessing a *single doll* via obscure incantations. M3gan is a realistic, 21st century cautionary tale of how seemingly innocuous, compartmentalized digital devices (e.g. cell phones, smart TVs, cars, personal tools) build fine tuned profiles by constantly monitoring our behavior, which is exploited for profit, governance, deliberate misinformation and other nefarious purposes. From military strike drones to social media algorithms overlooking hundreds of billions of accounts across multiple platforms, *M3gan was a fun, campy, yet thought provoking example of the world we live in*.
A great IRL example of AI is the recent The Panel discussion when Dooley complained he was bombarded with Ozempic ads just hours after briefly mentioning it in the prior week's discussion. I especially appreciated the final scene when M3gan used a nearby Alexa and other smart home devices as wireless gateways to transfer her AI consciousness to the Internet. It was hilariously clever because unlike classic horror tropes, it doesn't demand a suspension of disbelief to explain her future return or viral propagation.
Though I'm a noob to the horror genre, I've been a rabid science fiction fan since childhood - and there are places the two intersect. Dystopian works, minus the scream queens, blood and gore (e.g. A Clockwork Orange, 3 Body Problem). It's another major reason M3gan resonates with me.
So I respectfully ask, that if M3gan contained the cornerstone metaphors which stroke the male ego typically found in the slasher horror genre, would you find her more appealing if the gender roles were reversed - and she was a he? Would you consider putting those expectations aside and view M3gan again?
Just some long winded food for thought.
And I would love another horror films review.

Why was gender even apart of this equation? Respectfully, I just didn’t enjoy M3gan because it was a robot doll, just like I didn’t like reboot of Childs Play because it was a robot doll. I said that in the video. I didn’t realize me not liking a movie would warrant all of this.
Taking this out of horror, the majority of all my choices in films, video games and character choices have been women. Something men have given me hell for. I don’t think this question was as respectful as you may have intended it to be, but am I apologizing if my distaste for the movie felt personal. As I’m reading the film really resonated with you, but it didn’t with me and it only had to do with it being a robot just a robot.
