I hate when people expect someone that’s having their own garage sale to conform to their expectations of how much something should sell for. Don’t like it? Don’t buy it
Yep, tell me ebay prices and I'll tell you to list it on ebay. And then ship it, buy packing items, pay fee's and taxes. Or do you want my damn cash and we both make it out ok.
A MASSIVE pet peeve of mine is zero prices at a garage sale. Then you have to ask the price for each thing you're interested in. 🤷♀️🤦♀️🤬 One of the main reasons why I started frequenting Estate Sales, cut and dry, price on everything.
I do not do estate sales myself but I've watched a lot of UA-camrs go to them where there are no prices at all there, either. So frustrating for folks.

Actually, the winking cookie jar is a vintage piece made by Shawnee back in the 40’s. I have it and the matching S & P , all of which were my great grandmothers. I cringed when you left it behind. They sell anywhere from $65 to $100+. Anthropologie may have did a repop, but I believe that one is vintage.
Funny thing happened the other day, my son overheard me watching one of your videos, he came in the room and said Hey you watch the Commonwealth Picker too!!! LOL young and old, father like son we recognize a good person when we are lucky enough to stumble into one! Happy New Year!!
I just had a yard sale. Got rid of 18 months of non selling on line stuff. Sold everything for one dollar! Few things marked a bit more. Made bundle deals. Leftover to street for free! Do you know folks still walking away and wanting stuff for ten cents! 🤔 all good! No junk! End of day, I got rid of most and made more money!
I hope you grab that little Dutch boy and Dutch girl salt and pepper shakers. Those things are worth some money I believe or at least the ones I had when I was younger were definitely antiques

I realize this is old footage, but have you ever used a heat gun to get stickers off, like the ones on the N-64? It works fast and they come off slick as licorice.
Awesome video. That typewriter sells I think anywheres from $40 - $110+, of course it depends on condition, tho I did see one that sold on eBay for $190. I have sold a few, sort of a pain to ship but can be worth the time and effort at the right price. Watching one like the one in your video right now on an online auction, in very nice condition. The letters key caps I think sell decent also. You inspired me to take the next step, so I am going to sign up for reseller genie, just can’t decide on the basic plan or the next one.
