The movies were and still are my favorite ones, the mad max 1 was banned here in Finland at the 80’s and 90’s and I got it (around 1995-1996) as a vhs copy from imported usa version, without any subtitles, but as a ~8y old kid it didn’t matter! Needs to be on the list: the scene where the main character from "Short Time" is fearlessly chasing the superviolent bad-guys in his unmarked Dodge Diplomat police sedan. He thinks he's terminally ill and he therefore thinks unless he dies 'not in the line of duty' his family ( who feels terrible about neglecting for his job as a hard-nosed police detective ) will not receive his insurance policy benefits. You’re not gonna find much. Past the 86, it’s pretty boring
Its_All_Kim
Armed and Dangerous with Eugene Levy and John Candy. They run through LA in an armored truck and there is a Corvette and an ice cream truck with an RPG. Boom! 👍👍
Honorable mention for "For Your Eyes Only" and the Citroen 2CV?
I forgot Black Cat Run, where a Chevelle goes up against the hero car, a 1970 Cutlass 440. Now that had some cool car scenes!
What happen to the movie of Gone in 60 seconds? The part go baby go??
killer kev that movie came out in 2000, homie
You mean the second worst part of the chase (besides the CGI jump) from the remake in 2000? (besides the fact that it's not from the 80's and neither was the original)
Jacob M'Boi you are right
Jacob M'Boi No, he is talking about the original 60 seconds. It's has filmed in 70's. The whole movie it's car Chases and they destroyed over 100 cars to make it.
Andre Souza noo i was taking about the 2000s versions and i didnt know there was a 70s till i read your comment. Im going 2 watch that movie
Loved the Beverly Hills chase. It was funny when grandma chases with the half car. 🤣 Junkman was ahead of its time. 👍🏽
The living day lights had a better car chase than a view to a kill
Parkski license to kill to be exact
Yah but a view to a kill was all about the baby doll in the blue dress.
Never underestimate the power of the 440 in a monoco
Yes indeed. What fools these mortals be.
"No man's land" should be in there as well...
Wonder how many of these scenes would be filmable with modern rules/regulations when it comes to cinema in the United States.. Great list, very much enjoyed the video!
What about the car chase in the james bond movie "For your eyes only"?
Or The Living Daylights
Yes!!!!
Dude wtf ? What about the movie running scared . That has to be one of the best car chase scenes ever with Billy crystal & gregory hines !!
Oh yeah, I forgot about that one
Just stumbled over this video! Awesome stuff!!
How dare you call the Bluesmobile a jalopy!
I gave him Holy Hell for that sacriligious statement!
Classic 80s films, huge back to the future fan😊
