HAHAH this is so me. I spent 6-7 reading til it was 6am so then I could get off the bed and into the living room bc my Dad wakes up at 5-6 so I have to at least stay in bed until when he gets off lol
Here is how it went for me: Day 1: tasks were easy and it felt organized Day 2: I could do everything and it felt great Day 3: I forgot to do somethings but i felt moody Day 4: I could do everything and i felt this glow up comingggg Day 5: i could do everything and it didn't feel like a burden anymore when i wrote my thoughts down Day 6: I really forgot to do somethings but thats on me 😅 Day 7: I did everything Overall, I got a glow up mentally and physically so this works!
I do all that except for the stretch one, I stretch my back every 4 days a week and stretch a little bit when waking up and before bed And also I meditate for 5 to 10 minutes before bed too
Just get off your phone and then lay there and may a scene in your head or talk to yourself in head! Or you can pray to God and eventually you’ll sleep early.

Same! But you gotta is i recommend having a long shower or bath to have time to think about it. It really helps and try going to sleep at around 1:30 am rather than 3 and then slowly make it more early thats how it helped me. I'm also mentally unstable so something that helps me keep my mind focused is doj g some catch up work I have tons so I take it step by step (dont forget to breathe). And probs just tell the teacher some excuse so that you can get away with work so that you can look and take care of yourself! I love you bitch 😘 💕

hello buddies yes I am talking you So there are a few glow up tips ik •cut out your frendships with those toxic selfish friend and friends like who come to you just for their needs •workout daily minimum 30 min in the morning before bath •List down on a paper what are your body goals (like for example facial massages or slim nose exercises,long fingers,collarbone etc etc) work on each of them just for yourself!!!!not for others •wear as much as minimum and chemical free make-up (I don't actually wear makeup lol 😂) •stay hydrated even though your are oily or dry or sensitive or combination skin whatever it maybe just drink water fill a waterbottle add few mint leaves or lemon or cucumber slices to bring a taste to your water 😜 From afternoon remove all your makeup and put on some aloe vera gel and rimse after 15-20 min later (actually this is what I do daily tbh 😶) after rinsing again don't put on makeup leave it! Unless ypu need to go out or hang out wash your face with only ONLY water for every 1hr how to do is just splash some water on your face (lmao 😂😂) then massage it for like 1 min then again rinse and wipe with very soft towel •organize your room,study table keep your belongings clean and aesthetic✨(u can do diy!) •do u r skincare every morning and night not too much just cleanser toner and moisturizer •if you want thick lashes or brows aplu castor oil for thichnkess and for growing long apply olive oil • I you have many pimples (don't worry you are not the one) apply rose water believe me it'll work I too had many pimples so one day I applied rose water as toner daily after some days I noticed my pimple were reducing!!! •(tip) if you have dry skin u know that u need mositrizer right but...
