Beautiful starter home (lot of house for this price) nice landscaping, beautiful decor on the inside, cozy and inviting. I love the fireplace and the open setting to the kitchen and a full bathroom downstairs, theirs easy access to dining area and I'm assuming the garage (the door you didn't open). Don't care for that narrow staircase, and 3 bedrooms are having to share one bathroom but again the price and space makes up for that, the media room space was the selling point for me in this house. There's a nice gathering spot to entertain guests, the rooms are compact but workable. The master suite was nice and comfortable, the master bathroom was gorgeous the decor brings out the features. The closet was roomy enough, I loved the built in features throughout the home and the backyard was spacious enough for kids to roam around. This house is perfect for a starter family or non custodial parents with children and great for empty nesters. Beautiful home.
there's a quirkiness to the design. I would have preferred for the hallway bathroom to be a jack and jill to the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. Also for the wash room to bed a private bathroom to the 4th bedroom. Who wouldn't want a laundry room on the 2nd floor? But I would prefer a private bathroom. The laundry room could be configured downstairs with a mudroom/laundry room/garage entrance breezeway. HOWEVER, all in all, it's a lot of house for the price. Keep up the good work Janice. I ALWAYS LOVE FORWARD TO YOUR TOURS!!
Very nice home. I noticed that houses in the $300k range have no tile in the tub/shower area. And typically closets are smaller, but how much house do you need unless you have a big family? Also the yard looks tremendous! Does it come with an option to fence in?
When you buy a house in a subdivision, the expectation is that you will be in close proximity to your neighbors. If you need more space, you would need to buy a house outside of a subdivision or in a more rural location.

These homes are beautiful, however; I don't like any that are too close to neighbors. I want at least 1 - 5 acres, on a cul-de-sac. I like my space.
