How much for this beautiful property?
Am I mistaken this was 6 bedrooms not 5, correct? There's 1 on the main, 4 upstairs, and 1 in the basement. So is the price listed for a 5 bedroom or 6 rooms?
I used to do structural design/engineering work on Toll Brothers homes in Columbus OH years ago. They really are top notch quality under the aesthetics too!

This is a stunning floor plan - the owners bedroom is amazing. The kitchen's color scheme is perfect - the whole decoration of it is really nice. Love the showers and the half egg bathtub. I always wonder if the HOA of these gorgeous homes allow backyard gardens or are there restrictions. I guess it varies. The basement looks like a nice apartment. Love that large deck area also. It is quite beautiful. Thank you for showing.

This is my dream home.
Definitely a beautiful home! I love the ceiling to floor windows in the family and kitchen area as well as the master area. The basement looks as though you could finish the other side for a gym and bonus room. Lastly the houses aren’t on top of each other.
How many acres does each home have?

This is a beautiful home and I love it. Since its semi custom the built ins and finished basement would be considered upgrades. This home as shown im sure is over 700k easily if not more. The detail is beautiful and worth every penny. This home is just full of top of the line upgrades.

Elle, lawn maintenance is not included in the HOA fee. For single family homes, lawn maintenance is usually the homeowner's responsibility.
HOA fees and so restrictive with what you can do to a home or land you are paying for.
