Am I mistaken this was 6 bedrooms not 5, correct? There's 1 on the main, 4 upstairs, and 1 in the basement. So is the price listed for a 5 bedroom or 6 rooms?
I used to do structural design/engineering work on Toll Brothers homes in Columbus OH years ago. They really are top notch quality under the aesthetics too!
Now this is how you do a house tour! She is steady with the camera and she shows multiple angles of each room. She gives the description of the property first. She makes you feel as if your physically there with her. I live in texas but If I was to ever move to Atlanta I would definitely give her a call.
This property has now become one of my favorites. I love the high ceiling and the bed room. I even like the contrast of the colors in the kitchen with the white and brown wood. Beautiful

That master bedroom is EVERYTHING, I was sold when I saw the master closet and the big mirror inside of it lol the WHOLE house is beautiful, if I’m ever blessed to be able move to Atlanta, Ga I’ll definitely look forward to contacting you. You show AMAZING properties 🤞🏾🙏🏾💕
This is a stunning floor plan - the owners bedroom is amazing. The kitchen's color scheme is perfect - the whole decoration of it is really nice. Love the showers and the half egg bathtub. I always wonder if the HOA of these gorgeous homes allow backyard gardens or are there restrictions. I guess it varies. The basement looks like a nice apartment. Love that large deck area also. It is quite beautiful. Thank you for showing.
