On May 19th, the 18 bus had a major reroute due to the Bay to Breakers race. Since streets were closed on Great Highway, the 18 cannot go that direction. So instead the bus made a major reroute via Judah, 19th Ave, Crossover Dr, and Fulton Street. With the reroute, the 18 was about 10 minutes delayed afterwards continuing on. The bus was empty, only few people on board. Recorded exterior and interior view of the bus. It was a fun and fast ride. I was able to catch this bus before heading to volunteer at the Bay to Breakers event.
This bus also has the yellow "Modern Finance Runs on Ramp" wrap if you didn't notice. Few buses are wrapped like this, on XDE40s or XT40s.
