- Welcome to AREA69: After Dark! The podcast where you can lay back and relax, share some laughs together and maybe even shed a tear from time to time. I want to take this opportunity to really reconnect with my alien bb's and share experiences that I don't necessarily share through my videos.
I’m not dating you guys I’m dating Annette 😂 ate that oneee
Who the fuck cares who has hair or not?!
Exactly! Love it.
Nothing better then being with a man who got taught the real value of life and most importantly hard work. Construction/ outdoor jobs are very looked down at, but these jobs are the ones that should be admired and respected. You got a good one anny. Not any man had the strength and balls to work outdoors!
Your bra is giving nacho libre 😂😂 lol
9 months sober from weed,Coke and alcohol.
proud of you 🫶🫶🫶🫶
@@baev1241 damn didn't even know I had that much support and from strangers.thank you soo much

Very proud of you ❤ keep going, don’t stop, YOU got this!
he’s such a king for even opening up on camera .. I love that for him !
💯
Drugs and even alcohol don't hit the same once you become a parent!! LMAO it's like "hmmm do I really want to take care of these 3 kids cruda tomorrow!" FFFFFUUUUCCKKKK NO!!!! Plus you start to realize and value the real important moments which is making awesome memories with your babies and husband...
SAMEEEEE! 😂
Agreeee
Seriously 😅
Yes let’s talk about addiction and sobriety! My dad is three years sober! I never thought I would see my dad clean…Praise the Lord 💋🙏🏼
Thank you for sharing such a personal experience. I’m 6 years sober. I was abusing Xanax. Now that I’m a parent It’s scary to think if my kids get introduced to drugs. Especially because a lot of things are laced with fentanyl now. I’m now a youth leader at my church and I’m very big on bringing awareness to the youth. We need to pray for the generations after us. Every year the kids who are overdosing are younger and younger.
Proud of u, U are strong!! God bless u

I love how Annette says girl even to Issac lol 😂you can tell she’s so comfortable with him
Of course she’s comfortable… she put her whole 🐱 on his face lololooooooo
Going thru a mid life crisis once again 💀 that’s so me 😂😭
She’s such a relatable queen 😊
Please bring Isaac back for more episodes! ❤ This episode was ICONIC 👽
Literally
Issac always reminds me of Baby Bash. Tell him to put on a fedora or if he puts his hat on backwards, he’s baby bash. 😁
not your mic being all decked out and his all dry lmao
Just notice that lmaoooo😂
Annie you’re starting to look just like your mom 😍
Seriously I cannot unsee her mom they are beautiful
I was addicted to the same thing as Isaac. I ended up being in the hospital for 3 days, but I got so lucky. My best friend and I would always consume together. Then I finally built the courage to stop hanging out with her & within those months she OD in her home, the same place we would always be at. It hurts me to know that we trusted other people with our own lives. I wish we would’ve tested it or not done it at all. If it wasn’t for that or my family being there for me I still would’ve been a lost soul. Reach out GUYS ! It’s never too late
Thank you, Issac, for sharing some of your life stories. Annette, I'm VERY proud and happy to see how your life has changed. I pray that behind closed doors, you guys are truly happy ❤🙏🏼
Take him to a curl specialist salon and they will tell you what to use for his hair type… vlog it for us lol but diff products works for diff textures
WHAT A MAN!! Thank y’all for allowing us to have an insight of his story🙌🏼! My respect to him for choosing himself over his addiction, it is not easy! GOD BLESS ✨💚
I got so freaking emotional when Isaac was talking about his childhood and about his dad and how he admires his dad. His dad going to work sick made me tear up. Isaac is such a beautiful person, his parents raised him well. I’m so happy for Annie, she deserves this amazing man. I loved this episode so much! 🩷
Damn this episode was GOOD! Super educational for young kids that think trying drugs is harmless because they’re young, strong and healthy. Thank you 🙏 to Isaac & Ms. Annie 💋 she’s so damn stunning and I love your vibe! 💚
Selena & Chris Perez vibes with his HAIR ONLY ( people are so judgmental)…..don’t listen to other people. Like he said she likes it, it’s not for “others”
Glad to have you baaaack girl ❤
Don't ever compare Selena and Chris to these two. There's only one.
@@541Beautylious I’m quite aware of that love….I was referring to the hair. ♥️
I genuinely find peace when I'm off of social media 💯💯💯💯
I’ve been sober from alcohol after my dad passed this year he had a very bad liver and heart problems , I decided to start being healthy he would always tell us to take care of ourselves. It’s such a hard journey but rewarding because alcohol is poison for your body .
Props for him opening up about topics topics that are hard ! Thanks Annette for bringing awareness people think it won’t happen to them …

You should do little “AITAH Reddit stories” we would love to hear your perspective in things of that sort!
Thank you for this video! I really enjoyed this video and I pray to God to heal anyone that’s going through a bad addiction. 🙏🏻💙💜
It’s giving el buki but in the best way possible! Lol he rocks the long hair curls
1.5 years clean on the 20th from alcohol and almost 3 years clean from opiates. ❤ proud of your man for speaking on addiction. It’s getting scarier out there, and I have a son myself. I’m so worried about him discovering drugs because it’s so easily accessible. The more we talk about addiction the more people will realize that it’s just NOT worth it.
You look healthier now and happier with your family great job chica.
We love a secure man, and a queen who supports what his man wants as his hair just how he supports you with your hair , outfits nails ❤ people need to chill 😂 it's just hair man , love u 🫶🏼
Tearing up hearing him talk about his dad, you can tell he’s proud. Us Latinos never give up. My dad was the same way, he would go to work sick AF just bc he knew he couldn’t miss a day since he was our provider.
I can definitely see Aquaman!!! They be brothers from another MOTHER!!! 😅🤣🤣 Love You Guys this was so genuine to watch!! 🫶🏽💗
It was so nice getting to know more about Isaac bring him back for more!❤️
He’s so right about drugs not being the same as they were 10 years ago. It’s so scary now a days.
Girl house parties in HS were lit and for the most part I didn’t know who’s party it was, you just show up 😂
Long hair is also sacred. We are Aztec’s and native people! Be proud of your native roots, we are still here ✊🏽🪶🤎
So happy area 69 is back 💚I love when you & your man film together I hope he’ll be back for more episodes!!
Why is Annette’s top giving nacho libre 😂❤❤❤❤
Salio listo para pelear contra los haters Isaac 😂 I love that! Also in regards to si substance abuse I became a sober sally from weed & alcohol for 3 years now. The reason I quit is because I couldn’t even have a good time with my family, husband, or son without taking a hit. The anxiety I experienced randomly one night was enough for me to stop. I took it as a sign from God that this was it for me. Ever since I swear so many doors have opened for me & even my husband. A lot of people say “oh it’s not an addiction I could stop if I want to” but are always the people asking if the job they NEED drug tests & are not able to stop just to get a job 😅
I love yall together. Your personalities mesh well.
This is one of my favorite episodes! Love the raw and realness and most importantly the maturity ❤
Have you ever straighten Issac hair? I wonder how long it looks .??
Me hearing y’all say who he gets good he looks like and when Annette said he’s at the awkward stage I imagined lord Farquad! lmao he does not look like him at all but the hair length 😂 loved this episode 🫶🏻
Omg deaddddd
It’s so crazy how different your life is now but I honestly love it so much & I’m so happy you found someone good for you ❤
hair advice from a cosmetologist! he needs a silk bonnet & silk pillow case & try using red ken all soft products work good & try braids for when he works as well! mostly he needs leave in conditioner & finger curls help with tangles and using a wet brush as well! :)
Flyer parties were so fun back then, I miss those days
I was living during that time lol
It’s nice to get to know him a little bit more😊 Also his Spanish is really good
Yes!! I’m so glad your back!!! And girl me and my daughters have curly hair, her hair actually wouldn’t grow , so I changed her shampoo to mane and tail, within a month I have seen such a good change of how healthy and how much it’s growing! It’s for horses lol but girl trust me it works! My girls is 2&4 and it even smells good !
I love that brand it leaves my hair felling soo good

Nacho libre colors love tht 🤌🏼
My husband has long curly hair and people always ask me how I feel about it. I always say whatever he wants to do with his hair as long as he is happy with it I’m happy. People out here pressed about other people’s hair😅
I’m sorry but I can’t help to think about lord Farquhar seeing issac😂
My 13 year old son has long curly hair like Isaac, and his favorite thing is Sun Bum leave in conditioner, he scrunches it in when it’s wet (after washing or spraying it) a little at a time so it’s not too heavy and I’m so jealous of how beautiful his hair is lol also he braids it in 2 braids at night after he de tangles or brushes it, and that decreases knots.
Hiii! Use any leave in conditioner or hair oil, I personally like the garnier one. DO NOT DRY BRUSH, always brush when it’s wet and add the conditioner/oil and leave it alone. If he washes hair everyday or every other day, I recommend the leave in conditioner. Also, when he conditions his hair in the shower, brush it in the shower as well to remove any knots. I promise it’s super easy and will change his life!
Issac looks like this dude I dated from San Fernando 🤣 lemme find out they cousins 🫣
Curly hair needs a lot of conditioner the best conditioner in my opinion is innersense
I’m the same way I grew up not knowing how to take care of my hair lmao. I used to straighten my hair everyday through high school, but a couple years ago I started taking better care of it and after some research and some trial and error I finally found the perfect hair routine. One of the biggest things is curly hair is most vulnerable when dry so make sure you’re brushing your hair when fresh out the shower or even while in the shower when conditioning, it can’t help out with the tangles! (WHEN BRUSHING MAKE SURE YOU’RE ALWAYS BRUSHING YOUR ENDS FIRST THEN SLOWLY MOVING UP TOWARDS YOUR SCALP, this makes it soooo much easier when brushing out super tangled hair) Also, you need a wet brush if you would like to brush your hair in the shower or any brush with nylon bristles or really any soft bristles. I wash my hair twice a week because curly hair lacks moisture. For those in between wash days I have a spray bottle and a combination nylon/ boar bristle paddle brush. The boar bristles help to distribute the moisture from your roots to the ends, while the nylon bristles help with gently detangling. Another thing I like to do straight out of the shower is any leave in hair products (which most of them are directed to use when damp anyways) my absolute fav shampoo and conditioner is Redken all soft mega curls! I swear by it there’s no other shampoo that keeps my hair looking so healthy. I use it with the all soft mega curls hydramelt treatment as well! It’s basically trial and error since different curl patterns require different routines and everyone’s hair has different needs. I have probably 4 years of research under my belt so please feel free to ask any questions if I can’t answer them for you I can most definitely send you a link to a source I think might help❣️❣️❣️💚
This goes for drinking as well! I lost my brother due to alcoholism at 35. Addiction is real.
Thank you for sharing 🙏🏼 life and growing up isn’t always easy. We live and we learn 💯
14:33 - 15:00 Isaac is speaking BIG facts!!!
Only brush your hair wet in the shower. Don’t use oils they make it greasy and oil is not conditioning it just sits on the surface. Don’t use heavy products. Use native brand curl care shampoo and leave the conditioner in. That should help it’s not too heavy and I think the curls will form better. I’m black with curly hair so trust me lol. My hair is to my butt.
What brush do you use to brush your hair in the shower?? My bd was black but passed away from OD and my daughter is starting to get curls and I'm soo clueless bc I'm mexican with straight hair
Girl give us some tips. What products? How to brush it in the shower? Give us tips please 😅
From a curly hair girl I know Isaac’s struggle 😭 its a lot to take care of yiur hair but leave in conditioner helps and mousse
Team hairy Isaac 🎉 do what you like!!!!
Try the morroccon smoothing lotion , they have it at Sephora . My husband and daughters have curly hair and that’s the only thing that works for them . We’ve tried so many different products but that one is amazing !
I have curly hair too, and I’ve been using this shampoo called “not your mothers” it’s the BEST! I buy it at Target. Love you guys 💗
To see and hear the growth from both of you is amazing. Timing is everything and I think it really worked out for you guys. May God protect your little family at all costs 💜
I have a 10 year old and a 2 year old, both boys. They both have curly hair. My 10 year old went into school with his long curly hair, and kids did call him a girl but us as parents made him feel so sure about himself that he knew it was an issue with whoever was trying to offend him rather than him and his curls. He decided when he wanted to cut it and he did it because of the heat and not having to brush his hair everyday lol but not because anyone else told him to do so, every time someone would comment negatively about his hair, I did my part and stood up for him and eventually he did it on his own :)
I suggest that he goes to a black owned barbershop or beauty shop, to get recommendations to maintaining his hair.
I absolutely don’t see Jason Momoa in the least
Annette calling him “girl” lmao😂😂😂😂
I love y’all ! ❤️❤️ and I’m so happy for Issac for being sober and staying strong ! Mad respect ❤️
Annette’s energy changed when he spoke about his coke addiction. That was probably so tough for her 😢
Isaac should braid his hair for work.
As a native american, keep your hair! hair holds memories ❤😊
Ur microphone so cute💥✨🪲💗💛
😢❤ Hard episode…..but real. So happy you have each other. God bless your family 🙏🏼
Such a testimony I pray this uplifts someone today God bless Isaac for his transparency keep sharing your testimony to the youth 🙏🏽
Great video ... thanks for sharing knowledge much Respect From Anaheim
We need a spanish video from him😂
Thanks for sharing. That was wild!!!! RIP to that man that lost his life. May his family find peace ❤
Loved this and seeing you two together!! So like Isaac I went on a whole hair journey to understand how my hair works. I have wavy curly hair and I didn’t know how to keep the frizz away and have nice curls. I now have found a routine that makes my hair super happy which use curlz leave in conditioner and she’s moisture! Lots of leave in conditioner and good salon quality shampoo! I recommend Redkens’s extreme length to alternate between the Curlz and Shea moisture ! My hair needs ton of product because it leans on the drier side. He should use a Wet brush to de dangle his hair! They are 🔥 and don’t tug knots as much! When I wash my hair I use the leave in moisturizers and then brush the knots out of my hair with the wet brush! I also recommend curl jelly if he wants his edges to stay down and not have frizz! The more he moisturizes it the more his hair will frizz less and be more manageable overall!
I would also recommend Verb Ghost oil to moisturize it extra and the Verb Moringa + Jojoba oil to give it that extra shine and the Verb moringa will get his hair growing real quick!! I have used this routine religiously for the past 3 years and my hair grows at least 2-3 inches every 6 months. My hair stylist can’t keep up with my roots because it grows wayyy too fast! At one point my hair didn’t grow past my collarbone so I attribute it to my routine and hair care! Plus hair vitamins!!
He said “a lot of people my age are bald right now”💀💀😂
Isaac take a wet brush with you in the shower 🚿 so when you are conditioning it you run the brush though. It will make detangling smoother 👍🏽 and it also helps as styling so you can pretty much air dry tangle free 🤗
This I have biracial daughters and their is similar to his! And this is what I do when I wash their hair it helps ALOT!!!!
Waking up from a nap to this 💕 welcome back girlie 😎🌸💕I am super doper happy as well 💋
27:30 that’s crazy lol. Cause I just got pregnant with my first kid and girlll I stopped smoking cold turkey kinda miss it kinda don’t.
Mood at the end lol 😂 but love this episode and thanks for being vulnerable and sharing stories wish you and your family the best
Issac is very interesting to listen to please bring him back more
He resembles “El Buki” in my eyes, saludos!
Shea moisture has done wonders to my curls 😭😭 the shampoo, conditioner, masks + creme for styling; also using a bonnet to sleep at night, wet brushes because they’re a lot more gentle on the hair too! (: he’ll eventually find the right routine to maintain his hair! I cant wait for Emi to have long hair 😭🥰
He does not look like the dude from aqua 😅
Adult vibes
Jason Momoa 🤦🏽♀️🙅🏾♀️ Not even😂
