The topic about depression hits hard. I went through post-partum depression and I literally told myself to snap out of it and get out of it. The change of mindset IS a choice! You can chose to LET depression get the best of your OR you can chose yourself and give depression the middle finger. I chose myself for my children. I deserve to be happy and love myself, and my children deserve to have a mother who is thriving and living life. Life doesn't stop when you have children, it's finding your rhythm and purpose. Its ok to choose yourself!! Fuck depression!

I was in depression back in January. One of the most inspiring quotes I heard was from George janko interview. “Feed the wolf in the light, not the one in the dark”. That stuck to me til this very day and then Chris browns Angel numbers song also came out in February when I needed to hear it the most. Just Remember, this IS your mindset, change it and don’t let the darkness take over you. ❤
