In this performance, that piano also plays a C# (which means it's playing in original key) but in her other performances the piano plays a C (which means it's in a lower key). I hope I explained it well enough. Ignore this bit if it confuses you but I see a lot of people confuse keys with the actual notes (if she sings a different note it doesn't necessarily mean it's in a different key. To find out whether a song is being performed in a different key or not, compare the studio recording to a live performance and listen to the instrumentals (not the vocals as sometimes singers dodge or add notes).
