I think she needed to find better friends. Regardless of how drunk she was on her birthday, she should have never been left in that state. One of the friends in the group should always be more sober than the rest. I mean, they were driving ffs. I've had a friend try to fight me drunk, but I had enough sense to know she wasn't in her right mind. We took her keys and called her mom to pick her up. I had to pull her from getting into a strangers vehicle. We aren't friends anymore, but I could never live with myself if something bad were to happen to her. Please NEVER leave a person behind in the group who can't take care of themselves. Yes, it's not your responsibility, but as an adult human, it kind of is. May Jassy rest in peace. My condolences to her family.
I was in her age and into late night partying waaaay back in the late 80's/early-90's, but back then women would NEVER do crap like this. They'd always leave at the same time, if you were talking to one you had to get her number immediately if the friends were going because otherwise they'd send 1-2 over to drag her out, even if she wanted to stay. I guess times have changed, sad.

All of the comments here nailed exactly what's in my mind. Why did her "so called" friend leave her intoxicated and with no shoes on? With a friend like that, who need's a enemy? This is so tragic and this did not have to happen. The Uber driver ought to be ashamed as well. No amount of money for a daggone ride would've matter compared to ensuring the safety of a petite female who was intoxicated and I hope this follows this heartless individual for the rest of their miserable life because that ride would've more than likely have saved this young woman's life and they had every opportunity to do just that! Her friends failed her. Simple and blank. Her death is on their hands. Be careful with who you call “friends” regardless of the argument I’m not leaving my friends drunk or not behind with no ride, shoes, or warmth. That’s just evil, sad, and conniving.
I tell my children that who you think are your friends are associates. There are too many cases of “friends” being involved or moving in a way that someone who cares wouldn’t move. I agree. It’s sad all around.
@@chestermire938 Jassy could have made it home safely that night, but all you guys are focused on was that she was drinking. She stayed with her friend Nia after the other friends tried to convince her to leave Nia behind. She also tried to find them a safe ride home only to be pushed out by the Uber driver. Even "inebriated" she was a better friend than most.
That’s the point of celebrating your birthday blame the friends & that man not her for doing what everybody does on their birthday 😒
@@chestermire938it’s her birthday she is young blame the friends & the weirdo that’s like blaming a girl for getting r word because of what she had on its ppl like yall victim blame 🤦🏾♀️
If her friends didn’t leave her this would have Never happened, sadly Horrific! Condolences & Prayers to her daughter & family.
Another beautiful woman gone due to a monster
In this day in age stay at home and only have a few friends over
@Jay-tq2zphow about be better people. I can't tell you how many times my friends or relatives got drunk and crazy. That is when you get even more protective of their safety. You don't feed them to the wolves. You look after them, protect them, and then when they sober up you give them tough love and a genuine conversation about their wreckless behavior. That's what real family and friends do 😢
Im so BLESSED TO NOT HAVE MET THE KILLER IN MY DAYS OF GETTIN INTO CARS WIT STANGERS
Facts
her friends have to deal with that for the rest of their lives. it is their fault. i could never imagine leaving a drunk friend behind on the street.
Oh yeah BLAME THE FRIENDS. What about being a responsible person for YOURSELF and not getting so drunk you have to rely on other people? Its not their fault, it was bad luck and tragic!
@@realhousewifeoftransylvania1.0 bad luck? they were all drinking yes i blame the friends. you obviously didnt have "out the house" teenage years lol these people go to clubs and do this all the time its not your lane noone would expect you to understand
@@paydn202I definitely had “out the house” years, and yes my friends and I always looked out for each other. However, if anything had ever happened from a decision I made, I would have been at fault, not my friends! We are responsible for our own actions! I’m quite sure her friends feel horribly, but ultimately these consequences rest upon her actions.
@@PatienceLove obviously in awesome holesome neighborhoods because this is insane if you grew up in a bad neighborhood. you dont leave anyone behind because death is a possibility always....she told her friends we cant leave her just cause shes drunk and acting crazy i'll stay with her because you wont. and the friends with the car left. thats Fd up they have guilt whether you like it or not.
@paydn202 Her friends are NOT responsible for her actions. I'm sorry if you can't grasp personal accountability as a concept. What happened is extremely tragic, but multiple factors were at play here. The random demon murderous guy for one. Then there is the fact that she was too inebriated to make logical decisions and refused to go with her friends and instead accompanied this monster to her demise. May her soul rest in peace.
Never leave your friends behind when you go out.
A rocket scientist walks into Walmart and buys a murder kit. You gotta be kidding me.
Right
Exactly
@@4775willy You just can't make this ish up.
These are not friends you do not leave each other
What a great “best friend” Mia was…. I hope she thinks of Jassy ever single day. Shame on her. Shame on all of those girls.
Thats what happens when you associate with snakes and fakes. Everyone has choices in life. Listen up kids. 😮😮😮😮
😊
When women are out at night clubs they need to stick together period. Let your arguments go 😢
With friends like that, who needs enemies? I can’t believe they left her standing on the curb, all by herself, drunk in the middle of the night. So sad and senseless. RIP Jassy.❤ Condolences to her loved ones. 🌻
PERIOD ITS UNBELIEVABLE TO ME SERIOUSLY I WOULD NEVER 😊
She was concerned for her friend’s safety, but her friend didn’t care about hers.
What an awful regret for those awful so called friends
Exactly!

@@neenee666 Youre right. I have such a hard time getting into stories told by AI
@@neenee666 ohh thank you !! That explains it...
Those chics were NOT her friends! Condolences to the family. SMH
Why do people kill? Seriously why be evil?!?
Sick! Evil!
The spirit of Belial
An impulse you can't fight. Like you're in a Trans. I felt that before and had to pray that evil spirit off me. It literally feels like a craving u have to fulfill in that moment. Super scary..
SIN
You mean MEN
Friends and that Uber driver must feel really bad.
she was intoxicated, look like she tried to get in front seat too that's a no no. Cant fault him for that
They probably don’t care. This world is so disgustingly callous, man. 🫠

never going out with friends again for my birthday… i was left alone as well
I'm sorry. I hope you find some real genuine friends soon 🩷

I too am sorry. No one should ever be left alone in that situation. I also hope you find true friends willing to take care of you. Sometimes we lose people in a sad way, but hope they’re not around anymore. No one needs fake friends.
I hope you never experience that again. It’s hard to trust ppl these days.
With friends likes these 3 - who needs enemies- it is horrible they left her drunk no shoes no phone 🤯🤬
5:21 when friends go out together you also Leave together. Regardless if they're drunk or not. You never leave anyone behind
Common sense goes out the window when everyone is beyond drunk.
What if your friend refuses?
Friends are no longer friends these days...BEWARE
I am so sorry to her and her family. Nobody deserves this.
Her friends are horrible !!!!
Unbelievable selfish and evil people in this world but I am so glad that they caught this fool. R.I.H. Angel and my heartfelt condolences to her family especially her baby girl. 😪💔😤
Whay kinda friend she was with?!? just left her alone. I never want friends like that
When my daughter went away for her first year of college. I said to her very clearly, anybody you go out with, should be leaving with you. If anybody ever leaves you, you make note to never hang out with them again. This poor girls so called friends should be ashamed of themselves, and should feel guilty for what happened to her. Who leaves the birthday girl alone, by herself without her shoes? Disgusting..
Shame on friends for leaving her
I don't understand how Nia and Jassy separated?
They came together and all should of left together. It's always female friends leaving the drunk friend alone...?
This case really made me so emotional & frustrated 😣
Her bestie left her even after a fight & poor girl was looking for her bestie. Ugh so awful then expects a man to be a gentleman & help her but yet he goes & does something so evil. & he was working with a new sleeping aid like sounds like a creeper
I 💯 blame all her friends. Who would leave her friend alone with no shoes after midnight on HER BIRTHDAY.
This Nia was not her friend. Im disgusted 🤮
So this guy got his Masters degree and end up in the federal prison for life??? What a waste of education!!!!!
So he was just on the hunt for a victim. Smh poor girl. Atleast the family got her body.
I’m from Boston & we all knew Jassy to some degree. This definitely shaped the city in 2019.
Shame on her “friends”
Did that copy really say “who ever is in the trunk, come out of the trunk now?!?” Really? 🤨🤦
With those type of friends, who needs enemies!?? Gheesh!!SMH!!
I remember when this happen. (I live in Boston) everyone was looking for her. Facebook was filled with her pictures, everyone spreading awareness. RIP to her.
I remember this case. It rippled through our community. RIP Jassy 😢
My answer is yes this could have been prevented only if her friends were real friends, but unfortunately, they weren’t😢
Worst friend ever. Want to fight on your birthday.
I'm blaming the friends as well,,they got mad at her about some BS and left her,,and taking her shoes when they left wasn't no accident.
May she rest in peace this is sad
My heart … never leave your friends ever . No matter what , please y’all. You go out together you leave together
Her friends failed her. Simple and blank. Her death is on their hands. Be careful with who you call “friends” regardless of the argument I’m not leaving my friends drunk or not behind with no ride, shoes, or warmth. That’s just evil, sad, and conniving.
Those so-called friends who left her in the bar are the evil ones.
I hope her so called friends feel guilt for the rest of their lives!!! They left her!!! That’s sooo frigging wrong!!!
People are AHs
Those are enemies not friends😠
Exactly
I am so tired of these cases with 'friends' that leave others behind. They always blow my mind.
I tell my children that who you think are your friends are associates. There are too many cases of “friends” being involved or moving in a way that someone who cares wouldn’t move. We live in a cold world. To think your child might not see the difference, thinking it’s one thing but it’s the complete opposite…
I'd never leave my friend, absolutely disgusting RIP Angel
Don't go to a club. Don't drink shots. Keep your group together or arrange a drive home for them. Don't go into a strangers car. Take responsibility for yourself and your actions
Sadly these are consequences for poor judgement.
Never leave your girlfriends alone … even if you have argued… get a cab home together… that way you all get to live another day. R.I.P. Jassey. Condolences to your family and friends. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Not sure that she had any real friends...
