Devs stated this is the intent of all raid teams. Pegasus was just an issue with speed and mechanics that they didn’t change to make worse, but this tracks for xtreme or hivemind since they need to be pretty big to do 2.3 right now
@@brandondulom3394 Yes. Although I dont exactly remember in whose video, I heard this either Mobile or Dorky. They said dev's expect 2.3 to be handled by 6-7RS lvl-100 G-18. Which is totally absurd. Being a F2P, who is in Top-100 raid alliance. I can't even 5star any new character minimum for 6+months. So any new raid team needs max lvl, second max gear & 6+stars is poor design according to me. Not saying I'm in right and all others are wrong. But newest raid teams in 2.3 should be manageable with 3-4RS, lvl-95 G-17. If we need all maxed toons for 2.3, then what happens when they drop 2.4 & 2.5, etc. Guess I'm venting out, thanks to all these resistance check in 2.3.

That's because they just buffed the team. They were not working at lvl 95 on 2.3

Sorry but even 5/5 isn’t reasonable for the new characters peni will probably be 3 1/2* and the other 2 will be 4* after their events
Agreed which is why I said bendable straws tested at 3/3 and 2/2 for the new characters at level 100 and he was able to sim it
If the new team can't handle 2.3 at 3-4RS, lvl-95 G-17, then its a waste poor design.
