TRY THIS CUCUMBER STEW WITHOUT TOMATOES / IT'S SO DELICIOUS

The country where i live Nigeria, tomatoes is very expensive so i use cucumbers as alternatives and it came out so well. YOU CAN ASLO TRY IT
Ingredient
Cucumber 4 medium
Red bell pepper 3
Shomgbo 6
Scotch bonnet pepper
Onion 1 large
Garlic 3 gloves
Ginger 2 thumb size
Salt enough
All purpose seasoning 1tsp
Fish stock 1cup
Fish spice 1 tbs
Curry powder 1tsp
Cubes 2
Vegetable oil 3 cooking spoon
Croaker fish 2 medium
