Craig Caro Thank you! I was always trying to find a way to fix it because I thought the same as you with the other "fix" videos, I work at the civic factory and went down and looked At the brackets & gave it a shot! It's the Kraftwerks C30 kit!
Hi, so the car already has the same bracket, but we just have to replace it with the new ones? would we have to replace the brackets everytime we remove the bumper?
Opas Chalermkanjana yes the car has the same bracket but wears over time, when you get a new set there very tight and they snap in snug. Iv had my bumper off 6 times now with the new brackets & holding strong, I also replaced the grommet going through the bumper & fender with a nut and bolt for more support!
@@dominictsang7665 hey! If your looking at the bumper when it off on the corners theres a hole on each side put the bolt through then through the fenders beside the new spacer, it's hard to explain hope that helps lol
Would appear to be a no brainer but i honestly never considered it as a cheap and very easy fix. Thank you for sharing.
Your more then welcome! I’m glad I could help :)
Nice work! No drilling. All the other "fix" videos are ridiculous. Also, what super charger kit is that? It looks super clean!

Nice one! Looks like this is a really sensible fix.
I am going to attempt this, how did you take off that bumper spacer to replce ? i tried to take mine off but it didn’t budge
Where can I buy them? I have the same problem on my GT86
Can you include the link where you bought these clips?
Ordered some also, have the exact same issue on my TRD aero.
Is this the same for the 2017+ models?
THANK YOU! Doing this soon
Great video, very smart fix.
What's the part number for the right side?
Hey can I have a link of where I can buy these... don’t want to buy the wrong one. Great vid!!
Alex Calderon hey bud! Thank you! I just went into the Subaru dealership & ordered it from there parts desk!
Thanks for the video gotta do the same for mine.
what if your frs bumper doesn’t align around the headlights? what would it be then?
would be the bracket around the headlight
Nice Job. Have to get these. How many HP are you running ?
How did you get the bracket off?
its just a screw
You think it be the same for the rear? Cause my rear bumper sags by alot. Enough for a dime to fit perfectly standing up.
Does this work on the frs/86 too?

What type of lug nuts are those? Any rust problems
Do these fit 2017+?
how long did it take to do this?
Have you taken off the bumper since? If so, has the bumper gap come back at all?
Michael Neal yes I have everything holds tight, if you want reassurance replace the 8mm clip with a bolt and nut
@@ft86boost76 hey where exactly is this 8mm clip to replace with a nut an bolt? Can you see it in this video around the 2min 43sec mark? Thanks!

Would this work on a frs bumper too?
Noel Balanon same platform I can't see why not, I'd call Toyota and ask for the same part and see what they come up with!

Christian • yes, it works on the Frs
