This suspect took the car from his baby mama and continued being in pursuit by officers. The baby mama was in the back seat with the baby, there us live feed from inside the car from the individuals that were in the car. The baby mama was pleading with him to stop, to think about their baby in the back seat. He eventually stopped. Which is why he's giving the baby a kiss because he knows it's going to be a very long time before he can kiss that baby again.
