Thank you for the fascinating videos. I too would like to see the green chain end of the sawmill for a couple logs. I used to work on a green chain in hey Wyoming sawmill. Back then, early '80s, we were sawing mostly large pool pine. Some of it even up to 28 ft long. Thank you for the memories.
You are one hard worker!! Thank you for showing the Eclipse, for us here in Oregon we do not get to see it except on the news or on your channel. Here is to another good year for you.
Nice sawing, love hearing the big blade sing! I was within 10 miles of the middle of the eclipse's path. That was my first time to see a full one in 8+ decades. I'd recommend anyone catch an eclipse if they can!
Just a couple of things. First you can't be blamed for the placement of knots by mother nature. Anyone who thinks you have control over this situation are just plain stupid. The sawblade is singing, and it is a nice thing to hear and see. Hope you and your family are doing as well as can be expected!
Thank you for the video, always wondered how that was done since I've never worked on that type of rig 👍 Is there a learning curve for new/different quirks after the cable is changed due to the new cable stretching and becoming more pliable or is it taken care of with occasional tightening?

Thank you sir!
Great video. Very informative!
That's a great job bro, I was wondering if you can make a video of the boys who stock up thinks, I mean the planks and everything, thank you
Great video, I enjoyed the eclipse part too!
Always hated messing with the cable especially when it snapped 😕. I was doing a little bass fishing during the eclipse, they weren't biting.
Enjoyed the video, was wondering can you put the camera down on the green chain every now and then would love to watch that end a little

The board can still be FAS if it has a knot
Do you have a laser light for the headsaw ? I sometimes think I see a red light up on the rafter area but not sure if it’s my eyes just seeing things
Yes I sure do!
