The Trade deadline is arguably the best part of baseball's regular season. Many teams are on hug watch but there will always be a bevy of buyers at the deadline who are bolstering their squads. The Mariners will likely be one of those teams and there are a number of exciting players for the Mariners to go out there and get this trade deadline. Will it be Isaac Paredes? Or will they go nab a reliever like Austin Adams?

Stanton has proved himself untrustworthy. We truly don’t know, but it’s a decent assumption that we will be disappointed with the trade deadline. I hope I’m wrong.
A week ago: "The Mariners have a 10-game lead. They're in a good spot."
Now: Lead is down to 3.5 games.
Luzardo just got put on the 60 day IL. Hes not getting traded. Maybe in the offseason.

Dipoto flunked last seasons Winter meetings, he should've moved Miller for 3rd base Caminero Rays or MAYO 3rd Base Baltimore and brought up Hancock... a 5th starter is completely useless 😒 when you have the worst Offense in Baseball...Now hes handicapped ♿️ Mariners in Payroll in Hanny and Garver deals...

I don't think they'll make that one big move, I think they'll make several smaller ones, and possibly one multi player trade from the same team, like trading for both Christian Walker and Paul Sewald from Arizona.
Gotta say, Christian walker and Sewald seem like a big trade. I would be stoked depending on the price
@@MarinerMojoOfficial yes I agree that would be, I wasn't being very clear. I was trying to say that if they make a big trade, my guess is they'll try to do it one stop shopping, a little on the cheap, because both players are rentals. I'm just not expecting a Robert, or Vlad kind of big.
You're right though, that would Walker/Sewald idea be a pretty big trade...

@@divorcing_dads last I checked, Christian Walker was the D Backs first baseman, and when he last visited Seattle, he hit very well here and including at least one big home run.
Walker and Sewald are on the same team, and are both rentals, so neither should cost as much as a player with team control, and both could easily be acquired in one trade.

Get Vlad. Would rather see the upgrade at 1B and platoon Polanco/Bliss at 2B. LF can still be Canzon/Moore. Our core players like Julio are the ones that really need to step up.

@@MarinerMojoOfficial It is though. They didn’t spend this offseason because of financial restrictions placed on Jerry and Justin via John Stanton due to issues related to tv money. None of that has changed. Besides that, since when do the Mariners actually do anything of impact at the deadline offensively? They’re not going to add any big bats. People need to come to terms with that.
I mean everyone, including Stanton, says they have they have the budget and firepower to go do what needs to be done. Being pessimistic isn't going to solve anything

Based on your predictions, you’re basically saying the mariners have no chance of winning the division or making the playoffs and no faith in this team 😂😂😂. If we were serious about contending we’d add peredez, Robert, Alonso and vlady… sending away garver, canzone, haniger and prospects
If we were to acquire all 4 of those players our entire top 15 prospect list would look entirely different, empty the farm 😂
