Basic Psytrance Lead Sounds with Voltage Modular Nucleus (FREE SOFTWARE)
Please more psytrance tutorials about the voltage modular by cherry audio !
That melody is a real gem. I'm walking around my apartment singing it. It's just stuck in my head now.
Man your melody in the first part hit me in the soul😂😂😂
Thank you :)
I agree that melody would make a killer and memorable track
I'm more of a vcv addict, but voltage sounds pretty good I have to admit. Thx for using virtual modular systems once in a while, they are hard to top as teaching tool (;
After this my life definetly will change!
Nice please more modular videos 😍
Thanks Dash for showing us workarounds with VM !!!!
that some nice moody melodies. Nice sound from this software!
Now, I'm hooked :D
Had this plugin for a while now and never gave it much tought. thanks for this im starting to appreciate it's versatility now !
cheers brother!
Thankx dash glitch very interesting content as always 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Been following you for a while. Was wondering whether you could make a video explaining how to be fresh and use original sounds, that includes drums as well, to differentiate ourselves from the common reused samples. I feel like different percussion sounds can add specific stamp to a track making it truly unique and memorable. I would like to see your perspective on this.
I've got something very interesting lined up, don't want to give away too much :)
*I like these sounds*
thank u very much for all the videos, you´re awesome dude.
amazing sound design 😎
Awesome, more like this please
That was a lot of fun. For some reason my patches always sound slightly different. Not sure if I miss a step, but is there a way to get hold of the preset you saved ? Thanks for all your great work.
Well the thing with modular it is hard to get the same result twice because of so many variables, I do have a Patreon when I upload the patches I make in my videos, the link is in description
try vcvrack
u bought some of the modules used on this video right? thank for the video
What makes you say that? Full version has a LOT more stuff.
Nope, I used only the free stuff here
@@DashGlitch just asking guys...because on the free stuff i don't find the modules that u used
@@dflsferreira that's weird, coz I didn't pay or get a license or anything from them
@@DashGlitch forgot the redeem code. Thank you very much dash. keep up the excellent work
Thank you for this one m8 its really wicked sound. The one thing I didn't get or might missed something in the process chain hat whenever I play the midi note that I ve created at the second version of the FM lead it still keeps playing after the midi note ended. If you could help me to sort out this one that d be great as I am not too familiar with modulars this far. Cheers man
Are you using an envelope and VCA?
@@DashGlitch yeah I believe envelopes and amps setted up and routed as you ve presented
i have to use this with my DAW?
Found it, thanks
@@MarcelThierry-Gabberdoom there is standalone version also :) enjoy
How can i use this on ableton live? I've installed but it run like ah external program..
It comes as a VST plugin too
Well, the ui is buggy on this side :/
Do you use Voltage Modular Core?
This is Nucleus but I now have the full version
@@DashGlitch Ok, I think it would be very nice if you would continue a little bit with VM
what an horrible GUI layout that this toy has....it looks like carnival
Anyway, really good patch.
Did you ever tried Bitwig studio? It's the "definitive ableton for me" (made by the Ableton guys who left the company, it takes all the non linearity about Abeton with its mixed workflow and it extends every concept it "steals" from the Ableton to infinity. It's litterally the best things out there for electronic music. Version 3 came out with the inclusion of The Grid, the modular environbent of Bitwig and it's already so powerful since its first appearance! Ableton has Max, but Max it's not the right tool for me. It's more like a program language and it wouldn't be a wrong choice using it to trigger a droid linked to a PC poret, for example....because Max is not a modular environment, it is a "circuit emulator" and it's not enough optimized for the PURE audio stuff (you can do anything but it's difficult to program and, at the end, it's not the perfect choice for a DAW for me. Bitwig has a modular environment that works in a different level of the code...you cannot emulate physical electronic circuits via virtual, it's pratically the "virtual eurorack version" optimized to trigger anything from the Bitwig and its wonderful internal modulators and the sound possibilities are infinite! I'm really in love with the grid...in a pair of minutes i can patch elaborate cable mazes because the patching is so simple and intuitive and it have some unique functions that you can find only here (for example the internal cabling is prefigured with all stereo cables snd you don't have to split a pair of channels from thde source because the audio signal is already stereophonic; sound quality is TOP notch ( filters
Yea the interface reminds me of Reason haha! Yea I use Bitwig but more for live noodling, I prefer Cubase for linear production
