What you saw was what the owner's provided me. I don't think there is any more to come. We'll just have to wait and see during construction.

Although Caribbean Construction did the architectural design, they did not win the contract to build. The owners are using a different contractor to try to save on their budget.
@@MyPIDream Do you have an idea about average prices for architectural design? i may consider at least starting the design before coming to leave there in order to reduce the building time.

Hi, I just came across your channel while looking at sprinkler adjustments/DIY troubleshooting. I have a question for you... It seems like you are an American living abroad in the Philippines. My father just retired and told us he wants to retire abroad, either Portugal or the Philippines. My only concern is medical insurance. As an expat living abroad, what do you do in terms of medical insurance? Is it so affordable out there that you pay everything out of pocket, does the local government subsidize insurance? Or is there an affordable plan that he can purchase for himself? His MediCare kicked in, but they have told us that there wont cover anything outside the United States.
Sir, I see that you have a french drain at the bottom of your sloped driveway that is way below your house foot elevation. Where does it daylight to ore does it go to a sump and pumped out? I am curious to find out - thanks!
Our lot s a high elevation so the drain pipes are routed to the storm drains by the street. As they are gravity feed at a lower elevation at the end there is no need for sump pumps.
What is the foot print James? Do you know yet?

On a side note, are youprepping for the possibility on the Typhoon hitting your Island?
The path of Mawar (Betty) should put it to the north of Luzon. We expect mostly lots of rain but will modify our posture according to the track.
What was the annoying sound at the new homesite, cicada bugs? It came across as loud in the video. What would be the approximate cost of the new home?
Chain saws. There is other construction going on as well in our area.
I do not know the cost estimate of this house yet but I would estimate P12m+.
