I can say you're not as bad as I am with keeping spare parts from your kits. I myself not only keep the parts from my builds. But I also buy spare parts from my friend, who got me to get back into gunpla back in 2019. She does a lot of resin conversion builds and lets me buy the parts she doesn't use after she's done with a build for a fair price. Right now, I've got 2 MG Sazabi boxes and a MG EX-S box full of spare parts from inner frame parts to outer armor, to all kinds of weapons. Hell, I have a gallon Zip-Lock bag that is full of just beam saber effect parts. So, I can agree with 100%, because you never know if you might need to fix something or modify a kit if something breaks. It also helps out greatly if you start to do kit-bash builds.
They nailed the scale of this kit and the new barbatos coming out. I hear SD and expect goofy, but I look at this kit and it just looks cool. I only collect regular master grades right now, but I am super tempted to pick this up. Also, just got back into gunpla, glad you're still doing reviews! I used to watch them years ago!

Honestly, as someone who doesn’t like SDs, I… can honestly dig this. This is frankly quite impressive - and it gives me some custom ideas. Also, can you compare this to a standard HG or RG Freedom? I know you did the METEOR unit so I’m curious as to a size comparison.
I hope Bandai keeps up with the MGSD line up for the long term. I have this MGSD and I plan on getting the MGSD ASW-G-08 Gundam Barbatos when it comes out later.
As much as I think the kit is great, the fact that bandai are doing these MGEX, MGSD line means the main MG line got NOTHING. We get a MG Zeta ver ka and then what? Even the main HGUC line is dead....everything else is fxxxing exclusive

That actually looked a lot less deformed than the other SD kits. Yeah, the head is oversized, but the rest of the body isn't as squashed looking.
