- Fourth year doing this race so I thought I need to start first. Running in full gear is hard. Big thanks to my wife and all the other wife’s from our teams. Thank you Three D’s Marine for your support. We had two teams 40 Expert and 50 Expert. Both teams took third place. Trevor, suffered a broken Arm.

Love the run! Holy Shit you say. I have never ran in full gear let alone a quarter mile or whatever that was. Sorry, I posted this comment on another account.
Haha. I just seen you posted to this, 2023 run looked way easier lol.

It’s really hard to run in gear. 😂
I jogged past you in the red pants and yellow and red helmet right before the red truck. Great course. Awesome experience....
Hell yeah! Thanks for watching.
Looking forward to racing this next year (24), but I gotta say I’ve never understood the away from bike start. I get that it separates people at the start to make it safer but I’d rather just put people on transponders and start everyone in rows by class every minute or something.
It’s different every year. Pretty much comes down to what does Scott have in mind. I like your idea though 👍🏻. Thank you watching!
Running.....oh man that is ten times harder than riding. You must have drawn the short straw. Lol Great riding dude.👍
I wanted to run so I could get an extra day time lap. Yes running was super hard and I was beat when I got on my bike. Lol
enjoyed watching!! good job out there! 👏🏼
Thank you, thanks for watching!!
I watched a couple guys move their bikes from the front row to the back row which made sense, you get to your bike quicker. I think that was the best course layout. Nice video.
Lol yeah I was thinking about why I didn’t have my bike in the back row. Thanks for watching!
Amazing course this year. . I’m sure at some point you passed me. Ha. 🎃. I did iron man
Hats off to you for doing Ironman. 👍🏻👍🏻. Thanks for watching.
CRAP I would have died in the first 40 ft. 😂
I think I did 😂😂
I have never done anything longer then 8 hours, Is it worth going out and trying to iron man it just to see how far i can get??
Yes absolutely, a lot of the Ironman go hard during the day and not so hard at night.
I heard it was a tough course this year with much longer lap times.
It was the best conditions I’ve experienced there. 22 miles was a lap. Thanks for watching!
Question, does a team all have to ride same bike?
No, you ride your own bike.
@@Kolsch221 one last question how many miles is one loop or lap? Thank you for your reply
@@anthonygrijalva8821 No worries, anywhere from 15-20 is one lap. Last year was 17 miles was one lap if I remember right.
