The placement is A restaurant in the upper area where the tree is at. you jump on the ledge that connect to the border. then on the up most wall you place your camera. This cameras not only helps with flankers coming from attackers spawn but you can also see a little on to a site and boxes
As somebody who mains cypher watching this made me realize how much setups we do in common. The only thing is you have more 1 one ways then me just not an instinct thing to learn.
