Would be more helpful if you provide a platform where one can connect and get a guidance or profile building or any sort of doubt solved one to one You can even carry out mock interview as you've been through that stage so a newbie will get max knowledge and it might help that person to perform well Something similar to a short google meet/zoom meet sessions..

Because the first one was more on the operational front and it involved travelling across the cities every day. The current one is based on the current market situation and taking into consideration my work experience.
Summarizing 3 most important things if you are looking for job/switch 1. Follow a healthy lifestyle, include yoga, meditation, walking, sports whatever works for you 2. Referral is the most effective route in today’s market 3. Hiring cycle is long, so keep giving whatever interviews possible
