I think this shoot has been done at Sambhar, near to jaipur,or may be kishangarh dumping yard
This was Rann of Kutch
Svartpilen 250 or Honda C300R or hero Mavrik..which should I buy?
i think what hero could have done here is to capture new audience is that they could have upgraded one of their commuter segment like splendor by slapping the 440cc engine. The bike just doesn't lives up to its name.
A Splendor 440? Hahah.
Now confused between classic 350 and this... pillion comfort is priority!?
This is what we want to figure out
Looks very good. And from your ride experience it seems to be a good product
It's good! 👍
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ 1.90 should be aprox one road because Indian Indian bick became again 12000 thousand bick
Matlab kya bole ab
Hero Mavrick vs Honda CB350 Hness, is it actually smoother then hness?
The refinement ceiling is higher yes
Respected designer of the hero maverick 440 bike.. please change the meter console of the bike.. get some technology from TVS please.. (tvs rtr 310 cc) bike has best meter console provided by TVS. Please i request to all Hero company's engineers that to show your talent to enhance the maverick 440 bike's meter console.. or if you are not able to make it then get a technology from TVS..
We don't expect the 3 lakh onroad price bike having such a low quality, low features meter console.
Please take a action and start to work on it & introduce update in new maverick 440 before 15th August (Independence day 🇮🇳 )
Sunny day ,a good highway and a sportbike that's an amazing thing to watch
Not a sportsbike but we agree with the rest.
@@powerdriftofficial you got my point
Front reminds of Ronin and rear of the Raider!
DJ, mix that yoo
This bikes closest competitor is the HD440X ..
I just took delivery of my Scrambler400x last week .and when i went to book it at BBSR dis 1000km round trip on HD440..lovely willing robust durable.
After 100kmph, game over
She dosent want to stay in top below 70kmph. For a torquey engine, too much gearshifting. Small gearing i guess
Bang on. It plateaus after 100kmph. But that's exactly what the brand is targeting. Its not meant to be a tourer.
@@powerdriftofficial yes but even as a tourer it will be good on most Indian roads where 100kmph is a good pace
On Expressways..that's where the 440x will be caught out..
After 100kmph there's no incentive in revving further..unless you're a Reviewer
Somehow, I don’t get the looks of this bike. Is it a roadster? A cruiser. Street naked? It’s a bit too generic. Maybe it looks better in person? Agree with some people that the spokes look better and black is simply not doing anything much for it.
By design, its a roadster is what Hero says
I personally think it looks like Hero Maverick 440 looks kind of like the Honda CB300R, a Neo Retro styled bike but with Hunter like relaxed and comfortable ride experience
Yup
I'm always curious how Hero bikes feel when riding, because here in Indonesia we only get TVS, used to have Bajaj but now they're gone. All Of others, only Japanese bikes and some Chinese.
Depends on the motorcycle you are riding. The Mavrick in this instance feels like a complete solid bike. Easy riding is what comes to our mind when we ride this motorcycle.
Actually i ride a wide variety of motorcycle. But, the only 400 cc i ever ride is only ktm duke 390.
Great review and I was really waiting for it! The Mavrick looks like a naked sports (CB300R) but, in performance it is competing against retro styled bikes like Classic and H'ness. Will the potential buyers go for the Mavrick's looks? Also, why can't Hero fix the wiring mess such as the wires on the right side going over the handlebar?
most hero products are just jugaad. not a single bike is built with perfection, you will always find some defects sadly
Yeah. Small issues need to be sorted
@@vivejk4443 Xpulse is damn near perfect..... and Lord Splendor!
Would love to see the Maverick being compared to the RE Hunter 350 and Honda CB350 RS❤
✌️✌️✌️
But why this 440 engine puts out only 36 to 38 bhp when a lesser 400 cc on Dominar puts out 47bhp, thats 10 bhp more. While both the engines puts out same amount of torque and most importantly same fuel consumption, same mileage. How and why??
Loved the review ❤.
Would have loved if the damping was a bit better, but still have high hopes for the Mavrick! 🎉
Only high speed damping. At low speeds, the suspension is set just fine
@@powerdriftofficial whats the other ace pulled by Hero?? Any updates on xpulse 210 or 4xx ?
Hope the xpulse 400 gets the same 440cc long stroke engine.
Doubtful. Will not suit the Xpulse.
How does the exhaust note compare to that of the Harley x440.?
Slightly different but then again, there’s only so much that can change
@@powerdriftofficial Thank you for the early reply.
Article today in MCN in the uk it’s perfect as a commuter if it comes in here at near that price it could sell like hot cakes ..certainly not a bad looking bike hope it succeeds 😊
Oh wow!
Hi.. Power, how about the pillion comfort for long rides? How smooth is Clutch and gear ?
VP has mentioned about the clutch and gear already. We are yet to test pillion comfort.
Nice bike. Pass. Any updates on Xpulse 210 or 4xx?
Nothing at the moment
If anyone will watch my comment now I don't know, but... This bike look awesome and IMAGINE IT WITH CLIP ON HANDLE BAR AND TAILTIDY.. REMOVE REAR HAND HOLDER.... It will look hot.
are you planning on doing more videos on ktm duke 390
What is it that you want to know?
@@powerdriftofficial i personally would like for you all to make a videos on the Duke as a tourer and how it fairs against other 400cc bikes in India or a video where take a look at every 400cc bike and make them compete against each other in different ways
Cb350rs vs maverick 440?
Compare it with TvS Ronin & RE Hunter
✅✅
From the rear TVS raider 125
From the front honda cb300r
Tank portion yamaha fazer
Wow nice
KTM to Dominar, BMW to Apache and now Harley to Maverick. Why corporate is going for screw driver technology? RE never does thst
Because there's no other party involved.
Those throttle cables are an eyesore.
Yeah. Too exposed
Truely waiting for ur review ❤ I think I will go for lower variant inspite of tubed tires it provides good road presence
Hope you like it!
Mavric vs Himalayan 450 and scrambler.. thanks bro
But we don’t think that’s competition.
How is it better than dominar?
Its a different motorcycle honestly
@@powerdriftofficial Exactly. How is it different and better?
Plz campare it with meteor for highway and city ride purpose
Sure thing
Can you make your music more subtle? to make your reviews more watchable.
Thanks for the feedback!
I am really concerned about the exhaust pipe.
What about it bud?
@@powerdriftofficial the way it is exposed under the belly without any gaurd is concerning
you ca n purchase the guard as an accessory . The same guard for x440 will fit here. its costs 1600 -ish . Plus those who are booking it now will get accessory worth 10k free.@@koushikshirali6427
Do a comparison with Dominar 400.
Writing this down
@@visualsofjay it's not always about power. Dominar is not all action street weapon like the Duke and neither is Mavrick. Both of them suits touring too and are similarly priced. That is enough to consider a comparison.
I would love to see an endurance race between the Mavrick and Himalayan.
Maverick 440 vs Triumph speed 400 vs duke 390 vs honda cb350 vs bajaj dominar 400 vs tvs apache 310 vs yamaha mt 03 vs Husqvarna 410
Areee areeee
Out of curiosity: can anyone buy a x440 ECU and fix on this? Will it open up all the power? 🤔
Interesting
This is priced so competitively but my only concern is the mention of vibrations. I own a Gixxer 250 and am planning to buy this one or the classic 350. lemme ride and then choose the better one. Good luck to me....!
Take a test spin please. The J series is pretty refined too but this has a higher refinement threshold
