There more than likely will be more furniture items not shown that will be released that you can find under "preview items" and then find the newly released items pinned at the top. Just be warned of possible spoilers connected to some previewable items.

I'm curious about the secondary rightsholder, like in the event the main owner isn't on anymore etc, I wonder if there's a certain time when the secondary can become the main holder, just so they don't lose the housing due to not logging in, hopefully the secondary can just log in so the house doesn't become foreclosed.
I'm not sure how that works for private buyers; however you can already do this with FC houses if FC members with certain credentials visit the house the demolition timer will reset.
Does that mean that tenants with rights can log in and enter my house to reset the demolition timer?
Cause due to circumstance I had to give my log in credentials to a friend before when I couldn’t log in myself before. This would save me from doing that again.
I did some digging and it appears to not work for personal homes with a tenant. There’s no confirmation or record that states these 7.0 changes have changed that.
@@ChiliFarmer Ok, thx, we continue to pay the sub then xd
Wait, I am confused (sorry if I missed this)... are we not getting an increase in furnishings placed?
Not till a later patch. 7.4 at the latest. They mentioned this in the last live letter. 😄 But nonetheless it is coming.
@ChiliFarmer ugh that's gonna be 5ever. Can't wait
So does the new housing wards come out with the official dawntrail launch or just sometime during dawntrail?
It’s only a reclassification of certain wards in specific worlds. And yes they should all by available now
I'm just wondering what happened that made "barring" even necessary as a feature... have people been being harassed on their own plots?
I think it helps with social venues. There have been instances where people have gone in bad faith to troll good faith venues and theres really no way to get rid of people, especially if you consider housing an experience you can instance into, just like a dungeon or raid. Theres also houses that create games or shows where you have to cycle people in and out, and if people afk, its nice to kick those people so others can come in, cause some of these spaces get so popular the house becomes congested and wont let others in. Theres really many uses for this new feature. Makes everything easier.
@@ChiliFarmer Ah... I suppose it would be useful for "party" or "event" venues.
For my FC there had been instances where people were banned for harrassment but they still insist on coming into the FC house months after the ban to harras people there u_u.
What is barring?
Yeah, stalkers and erpers with their friends led to this
Im a new player and love the game. I just don't understand why it has to be a limit of items you can place in your house.... :( let us do what we want with our property. :)
There's a limit because the server has to store the data of all the furniture a player puts down. Now this wouldn't be an issue in a single player game but in an mmo there are hundereds of thousands of players who can all put down furniture in houses, apartments or fc chambers. The server has to store all that data so as to not take up all the memory of the server they have to limit it. ^^
Some good news is that they are adding more space this expansion so you can place more items 😄
@@plainsalt UA-cam can hold so many vids from millions or billions of ppl, I think they can handle a little bit more items 😆
and here I am failing to buy a house even in game...
I have been trying to get a house for over a year now and it SUCKS! They can give all players a private island, but not a house. Stupid.
Fr dude! it sucks.
