Hi, I love the concept. But could you update this design and tweak it a little bit so it could fit a 100 sqm lot. Floor area will then be 49 sqm (7x7). Still with the loft. The carport side will be firewalled and transpose the carport to the other side where the kitchen/dining area will have access to the lanai/garden and carport
