    I dont know how many carrier brand condenser coils I have seen the paint stripped off by techs not knowing better. Glad you do!

    Good demo. What is the purpose of the paint on the coils and what is the consequence of stripping it off the aluminum?

    I always like your reviews, well done! I have to say, the gun is nothing new, same coil gun I have, with their wrapper on it. But the product inside is what counts, their cleaners are top notch. I would have to say they’re putting this out there to give consumers an option on how to use their product, make it a one stop shopping venture. John Pastorello knows his stuff, and his products show it!

      Thanks Tom. This foam gun is actually the original. The Nu calgon version is the rebranded duplicate. Most guys arent even aware of this but true.

    Great sprayer. I just got the nu calgon and it's basically the same principal. I was wondering how this black piece called deflector goes on?

    Why is this beneficial?
    How is this better than a pump sprayer? Seems to me it does not penetrate the coil, but maybe that is what you are after.
    Looks like a lot of wasted foam running off that coil. Wouldn't you want it to remain on the coil to do its cleaning job?

    • @HVACinSC
      @HVACinSC  6 років тому +2

      +Tom Thumb Its simply a different method or option for guys to use. Use what works for you. The foam out the bottom of the coil already passed through the coil helping break through the dirt. A foaming coil cleaner alone foams up lifting the dirt so it can be rinsed with water where this method does both at the same time. Penatrates perfectly through the coil.

      HVAC in SC I’ll have to check with Johnstone or United’s Refrigration. I checked there websites and didn’t see them

    I'm using Gilmour Cleaning Sprayer Foamaster II Multi-ratio Spray Gun 1609706073 $39.99 + FS on Amazon...And it works the exact same way.

      I had a $20 Chapin version for a couple years. Use what works for you.

      +John McMaster Because its the original. Nu-Calgon, like most of their products is a duplicate.

      HVAC in SC isn’t the (abcde) settings opposite of the nucalgon? I think E is the weakest setting on it.

    • @HVACinSC
      @HVACinSC  6 років тому +1

      Steven Bennett I'm not sure. I'm not a supporter of the Nu-Calgon company. All their products are made by other companies and just rebranded and resold.

    Get a car foaming canon and the same soap. No need for harsh specific coil cleaning fluids. Way more foam and cleaning action.

    • @HVACinSC
      @HVACinSC  2 роки тому +1

      That's simply inaccurate. Do some basic research on the products I'm using. Nothing I use is "harsh chemicals".
      Not to mention this foam gun can dilute the cleaner 10x more than those cheap car wash foam guns.

    • @jimdavidson5208
      @jimdavidson5208 2 роки тому

      @@HVACinSC You know they are harsh as you MUST rinse in so many minutes AND dilute the snot out of, what do they call it? Concentrate? Yes that's what it is. Car wash soaps can be loft on till they dry and are pH neutral. Not some caustic oven cleaner in a jug.

    • @HVACinSC
      @HVACinSC  2 роки тому +2

      You are speaking from ignorance, not knowledge on the topic bud. None of the stuff you are saying is accurate at all regarding the products I use. Again... Do some actual research on the products I'm using instead of thinking every product is harsh or dangerous in some way. We rinse the units to wash all the dirt away... 🤔 The same reason you rinse your car after washing. 🤦‍♂️😄
      If you would bother researching you would have already seen this product does not require rinsing either. 🤦‍♂️
      Think about how much time we could have saved by avoiding this conversation.
      In the end use what you want. I do not care. 👍
