Metal detecting isn't always about the coins, it's about the amazing artifacts unearthed and the stories they tell and you my friend have unearthed some AWESOME finds, really liking that junior badge and the presidential token, all fantastic finds and yes, I can't leave out that awesome Indian head nickel. Great hunt and am glad to see you using your equinox 900, Just received mine last week and l getting to familiarize myself with it. Love it!!!
I'm new at detecting my first Detector is the nox 800. I've been learning a lot from your tutorials. I learn more when you give the VDI number for your finds. GL&HH Larry
Great hunt! I've been using my 900 since March and I'm very happy with it. First hunt landed two rings and the best find was an early type 2 SLQ with an S mintmark. I've taken it places I hammered with the 800 and come out with more than I ever expected.
Man u had my heart skipping on the 1943 silver. Just wanna say thanks for all your videos and for still using the nox 900 most u tubers are using the manticore. I've just brought the 900 not been out with it yet but hope too soon. I'm a begginer so your tutorial is most welcome
Lol my heart about jumped out of my chest at first lol feel free to join my Sod Busters Metal Detecting Facebook group and you can ask questions and post your finds. Thanks for watching.
Larry I live in Tennessee, and I never knew I needed a permit to metal detect on public land. The way I found out was I was detecting and was asked to see my permit and I said huh and paused for a minute and I said ,,, a what? and that's how I found out you need a permit to metal detect any public and or just about anywhere here. except on private land, you just need written permission. Tennessee is not the best place when you want to hunt, they want their share. meaning they charge you for everything.
I have heard of some places doing this. It's not that way here where I live although some state parks may allow detecting with a permit. Sorry it's this way where you live.
@@SodBustersMetalDetecting it happens I guess. well, I'm moving to South Carolina in august and they have different laws. wish me luck... lol and all the luck in your future hunts.
