No changes to the BIOS for that but I did do a video for other UEFI changes to make. Can you post or email me a picture of your current mobo with the cards and risers? This will help to troubleshoot your scenario.
Restore on AC/Power Loss ammm I think so "power on" is good option. Additional the bat miner file inside the startup folder. -minspped X, only one mh/s less than the normal mh/s of the miner, for restart the miner after 5 min if the has-rate is not correct.

hello sir is your board model is ASROCK H81 PRO BTC R2.0 supper alloy? because we have different when it comes to chipset settings i dont have the VT-D FRONT PANEL AND HDMI AUDIO ONBOARD , do you think thats the problem why i cant run 8 gpu ? using extension pci card , im using asrock h81 pro btc with g3250 1150 processor
Hello, great stuff so far. Wondering can you help out? My MSI M5 Z270 wont recognize more then 4 gpus. I have double checked CPU and RAM compatibility, different usb, risers, pcie and sata cables. I think the problem is in the bios settings. Any ideas?
If you are using EthOS, run the command "sudo lgaflasher-1151" This will update the firmware of your motherboard. You can also do the UEFI flash to update with a USB stick.
i just bought this motherboard and tried to get to UEFI using onboard graphics but it seems like the default is PCIE because I get no video? I see you have GPU in but are using the output from the motherboard to monitor. I guess I will try with GPU
I have everything armed but when I turn the button does not appear anything on the screen or the light of the keyboard, nothing appears as entering the bios

I reset it but now only one gpu is mining although on start-up all 6 cards are recognized. Sorry. Using ethOS on this mobo with 4gb ram. Any suggestions? I have 11 of these rigs. all but one is now down with this problem.
reseat the Ethos drive would be my first option. Also check if something changed for power coming into the area especially since all but one of the miners is experiencing the problem.

Thanks, When using the 4th GPU on this mobo you need to connect the molex power connections on the corner and also near the PCIe slots. There is 2 of them that need to be plugged in.

Just bough this motherboard to try out . It can not see all GPU. when i add 2 it see 1 when i added 4or more it see 2. I've been please help.
You probably need to add more power to the board, it requires 2 ATX connections plus the Molex power when using more than 1 GPU.
I added 1 extra PSU just for that 2 Molex still not work T_T any setup you did on the Bios?

6 videocard working, but after connect 7 vc pc is lagging and rebooting.....

Have you tried both the integrated on board monitor connection and the HDMI connection on your first GPU?

2 gpu recognised but 3gpu not, no matter how I put it into the motherboard.1 gpu dosen"t get power.vwhat should I set?

Apart from using dummy plugs, is it possible to boot the mobo without a monitor?
Not from what I have found, it does have "Wake On LAN" feature but even it needs a monitor

I believe it is the chipset used in R2 that allows you to use the m2 adapters for GPU expansion.

If you are on Windows 10, make sure to do the latest update (KB4056892). There was a bug very related to the issue you are talking about.
