Build an aircraft carrier that launches RC-planes that drop depth charges, then use those depth charges on an RC-submarine that shoots torpedos at the aircraft-carrier. Then make a legitimate land-based firework battery/fort to help the sub 'cause throwing stuff doesn't count. ;P

I’ve done that before, I built a submarine and dropped firecrackers on it and it actually worked, it blew a hole in the sub and it took on water and sank.

Absolute props for finding that boat. You guys should definitely do some more of this, look at your video a little bit closer there’s actual percussion waves not just water percussion waves but like percussion through the air ! Figure out how to keep those boats for tipping or listing from one side to the other that seem to be an issue too. Otherwise Like the guy just below me said mad props across the board keep doing it! I rode so loud with laughter and glee on the grand finally that I startled my neighbor who is guarding just outside LOL! That made it even more awesome! I know I’m bad poor little old lady, lmfao!!

Peter, I love your stuff, and always enjoy watching. And I issue you a challenge, make the battle ship again, but now it has to fly, it can either have wings or quad-copter the hell out of it! (like the heli carrier from avengers) and also has to be sea worthy (Lake worthy ;D ) Do this successfully and you got your self another monthly Patreon!

I like the helicarrier Idea! Plus foam board is easier to damage. Start the battle on the water then take to the air.
Just make ones that actually work well. Leave the flying bits for later.
this is a sick idea, i say instead of wings or quadcopter try and make a chinook style heliboat with two blades

please do a part 2 of this video but you need to widen the hulls of the boats and give them a flatter bottom to make them more stable. If you also encase the prop shaft in a 'fin' structure instead of leaving it just as a tube, that will increase stability when turning so you can go faster in a turn. finally, add a layer or weight to the bottom to help keep the ship upright.
My buddy and I once got questioned by the cops, who were patrolling the apartment complex. They wanted why we were out at 2am with flashlights in a dry drainage pond. We were looking for a battery that flung out after a crash, and the plan was to get it in the morning but it was going to start raining.
And that looked fairly innocent, if someone came upon you guys in the boat at night poking around in the depths, many lols would be had.

How about making a bigger warship like the Bismarck with rotating turrets with cameras in them for aiming.. One guy sails the ship from the bridge, and then 2 other guys steer the turrets (FPV)

That was fun :) How about a quick video on how you made the molds and the Hulls for the boats?
it's fairly simple process but yeah it'd be a good video.
carve foam, epoxyglass foam, make SMOOTH, spray with mold release (or PAM), start laying up your fiberglass..... prettymuch. another method is make your shape(s) with aluminum window screen mesh and lay it up directly, or carve foam, epoxy-glass it, wash foam out after with gasoline. it's all icky crap but you can do almost anything, with several ways of doing!

This was the second video I saw where someone was so impressed by the game they felt they had to blow up a model. I am they guy that would use a real gun to shoot it. My child hood was much different than yours. I will not even ask how much this whole thing cost, especially after buying that boat( that you returned to the store...I know you did) What an adventure!
You have to ballast the hull to stabilize them. Also the hull on these boats is much more acute and taller. This is based on the gearing class destroyer. My dad was on the DD-377 USS Perkins in Vietnam. Your model is fairly accurate but the rear deck should be lowered and you need some running lights and life boats.
