Thanku 😊 gurujii, mujhe meditation or khud ko observe kare hua ye pata chala ki byati ko karma uske emotions pe depend karte hai, agar koi gussa hai tho wo bura karm karta hai aur koi kush hai tho who acha karma karta hai Waqati ko apne emotions choose karne ka free will hota hai jyada tar log instant pleasure ko choose karte hai lekin wayti ko anand joy peace ki emotions ko choose karna chahe ye aur y meditation, mindfulness aur self awareness se possible hai om namaha shivay😊

Mujhe bachpan se aisa feel hota tha ki me dimag roop kamzoor ho mere relatives aur family members mujhe bechara ya paagal kehte the(apni slang me) mere family or relatives mujhe kahi bhi jaana ho ya kisi se milna julna ho tu mujhe neglect karte the.mujhe bachpan se suicide thought aate the.mujhe lagta tha ki me hi galat paida hogya ho . Waise padhai me acha tha par mujhe bachpan me bolne me problem hoti thi aur mujhe baatchit karne me problem hoti thi aur me aur bacho ki tarah baat nhi kar sakta tha. Mujhe social phobia hai,me kisi se baat nhi kar sakta tu paisa kaise kamaonga.
Guruji mera ak sawal hai…mai CA ki exam ki taiyari kr rha hu kl se mera exam hai…guruji mujhe kaisa mindset rakh kr exam dena chahiye ki stress na ho…guru ji mere ander itna confidence to hai ki zindagi mai aage exam ke alawa bhi bohot kuch kr lunga…lekin mujhe baar baar yhi chinta rhti hai ki mummy papa kya sochnge…guru ji yhi chinta mujhe bohot paresan krti…kaise mai family mai rhte hue bhi unse detach rahu…🙏
@@AnandDwivedi369 guru ji bohot baar apne hi parents se apne vichar nahi milte…lekin ajj kl social media ne bs aisa dhika dia hai ki agar parents jo bole whi karo chote chote movies ke reel kaat kr emotional bombarding ho rhi haar jegh…lekin guruji hame ijjat to sabse jada unki krni chahiye lekin apna faisla ham khud to le skte hai na?? Bcoz mere hisab se success ki timing sbki alag alag hoti…sayad koi 25mai hi successful ho jaye lekin aage jaakr wo ruk jaye…aur koi 30-35 mai kuch bada kr dhikaye…mujhe lgta ki ajj kl ke parents mai bhi apne bacho ko lekr patience nahi hai….jo bacha jaldi safal hua mtlb wo acha…aur jo na hua wo utna layak nahi…to mera yhi puchna hai guruji ki agar hamare bina galti kie hue bhi agar hamare parents hamse paresan ho rha so uski jimmedari meri nahi hai na? Mujhe farak nahi padna chahiye na…pls reply 🙏
sir i am a 17 yr old student who is preparing for competitive exams. Mera padhai mai bilkul maan nahi lagta . can u please tell ki padhai mai interest kaise develop kare? ya aise interest nahi ho sakta develop?
Sir kuch dino se jab bhi dhyan karne baithta hu to kisi particular insaan ki death ka vichaar aane lagta h vo bhi unka jo mujhe bahut zyada pyaare hain. Mein jaanta hu ye keval ek vichaar hi hai. par ab darr kuch aur hai, Darr ye lagta hai kahin mein isey manifest na kardu. I have accepted their death in my mind as well, for peace but this troubles me that My constant thinking is the reason behind it. For sometime I ignored it, but now it happens everytime I try to meditate. Especially when I'm not aware. (Example - One day I was meditating at my house, my parents were out attending a wedding, and in that time I started getting a chain of thoughts related to their car accident, I tried to stop it and ignore it but both didn't work, I don't know I should or not, but that moment I got scared that I do not want to manifest this, so I had to stop my meditation and watch some youtube videos to keep my mind distracted somewhere else so that I don't think about this). Please guide sir. [I love you sir❤❤❤❤]
