This how a Nickel Plate, Pere Marquette, or a C&O 2-8-4 should look like in my opinion. Looking exactly the same way as they did the day they rolled out of the works.
Conneaut Historical Railroad Museum is a Museum built around a Park Steamer. NKP 755 has donated some its parts for the NKP 765. The museum also overs the history of railroads in Conneaut, Ohio.
THOMAS81Z I don't believe there are any restoration plans at this time, but I'm sure down the rails in the future at some point CHRM will have to work on the locomotive once again. Back around 1979-1982 just when NKP 765 came back online, work was performed on NKP 755 to "Cosmetic" Condition.
Nickel Plate 2-8-4 No. 755 was on display at The Conneaut Historical Railroad Museum in Conneaut, Ohio.
I never knew more than 4 lived but apparently this existed. That means that this class has a big future! More the Merrier!

If nobody in that railroad museum cares about operating that Berkshire locomotive maybe I can do something with it
