Butter grandpa is such a gem. I live right next to France and have met a lot of older men like him when I went there, just deliciously silly and happy to be alive. Heartwarming.

A note on Gurudwara Bangka Sahib Temple. If I could eat like this every day, I'd be vegetarian as well. That looks so good and filling, I don't think I'd ever need a protein "base" again.
This entire video will have you in awe with extended imagination! All of the chefs and support preparers are talented and outstanding! Thanks for such consistent, great content!💛💜🤎💙💛💞
Le beurre homme est très passionné pour son métier. Il a l’air très gentil, comme un grand père de quelqu’un qui est sincèrement intéressé par la transmission des connaissances et l’art de la fabrication du beurre.
So I'm not familiar with the customs and traditions of Indian cuisine and culture. I work in a French cuisine kitchen, I was just wondering about the sanitary conditions of that kitchen, nothing seems sanitary but I just wanted to ask about that??
In such large quantities it doesn't matter what you put it will taste the same. Only two ingredients makes a difference when food is cooked in such large scale. Sugar & Salt either you can have too much or too little.
My first time to hear a podcast. In the eighties I discussed careers in wellness and everyone I spoke with was speechless when I asked the question. My circumstances at the time caused me to drop the idea. I'm happy to see someone took off with the idea to help the population with wellness through prevention instead of treatment after they are sick. My career was in the healthcare industry.
Somehow I think the butter, cheeses, and breads should not be included in this video because they are very different from the other foods here that show how full meals are cooked in extraordinary sizes which are not the usual way of preparing them. The butter, cheese, and bread videos just look like large factory versions of the same usual process of making them.
Gloves are horrendous from a food safety point of view in a professional setting. The frequent handwashing in places like this (and all restaurant kitchens you've ever eaten from) is much safer than wearing the same pair of gloves for ages. There's a reason chefs never wear gloves....
They washed their hands. It’s better to constantly wash ur hands than throw away gloves each time you touch something else. I’m surprised people forget washing hands is a thing.
The last time I was in France and Paris to be exact it was almost unrecognizable. They have allowed so much 3rd world trash to colonize them that it’s dirty and crime ridden. I miss the Paris of the late 80’s early 90’s. The French way of life, the culture is being destroyed.

How has the korean dish been using chilli grown there for 1000 years?
Corners 4 Life!!!
Interesting
Chili peppers weren’t introduced to the east until the 16th century. No, Korea has not had that pepper for 1000 years
frenchie french butter for huuuge frenchie crossaint
A lot of these practices seem to be severely tied to at some point in history that there was probably a food scarcity issue
Horsemeat hell no I would have loved to eat one of these until I heard that.

If only America provided free meals for everyone every day. Slowly but surely, capitalism will consume us.

No gloves making that butter eww
Yes, too many hands before you eat the butter. Can you say bacteria. So unfortunate, I'm sure the butter is amazing.❤😢
Gloves are horrendous from a food safety point of view in a professional setting. The frequent handwashing in places like this (and all restaurant kitchens you've ever eaten from) is much safer than wearing the same pair of gloves for ages. There's a reason chefs never wear gloves....

Child labor?
The butter guy handled the butter minus gloves hands. He should always use gloved hands if they come in direct contact with any food product!
In France its not required and putting gloves is thought to be worse, actually.
I agree, too bad. The butter looks fire. I would love to try it but the handling turned me off.😮😢
But it's a european country so it's OK. It's only a problem if Indians Africans and Asians do it 😮
They washed their hands. It’s better to constantly wash ur hands than throw away gloves each time you touch something else. I’m surprised people forget washing hands is a thing.
