It moves me to dance & I also do a medical Qi Gong exercise of Shaking whole body, every part, in gentle rhythmic beat of music as I see all negative,, stagnant Qi (Energy) being shaken loose & flowing OUT of body through fingers, toes & Kidney1 meridian point on bottom of feet middle, just below the mound part at base of toes. Just see if all leaving body AND going deep into ground of Earth. Mother Earth Transmutes that energy. I call forth Violet Flame as I'm Shaking debris energy from my own negativity, stress, or from taking on others energy or stress & release all into ground & see Violet Flame washing over me, cleansing Aura & flushing through whole body. I call upon Archangels for guidance & protection. All of this flowing to rhythmic beat of this beautiful music! Thankyou! May you be Blessed Abundantly in Joyous unexpected ways Always in All ways!💗
