Beer glass tends to be brown or green anyway so uv rays can’t go through so that sugar glass is actually more accurate
i'd guess the nicotine sugar extraction is just less efficient than the other one you tried. I don't think you filter out anything from doing it that way. A way more eloborate way of getting nicotine reduced tobacco ice cream would be to graft nicotine onto a tomato root. If you're bored this summer, it's probably a great way to spend 5 months ;)
