This song always mystifies the scene when you hear it while playing. It makes the hidden lands actually seem hidden. I like the bit around 2:50 where the powerful low notes start to kick in. They add a different effect altogether, making the scene a different atmosphere. Anyway, I just noticed, I skipped lunch and it's nearly 5pm... "Getting dizzy from hunger..."
I'm surprised I never found these before. These arrangements are awesome! They could only be better if they were performed by an exceptionally skilled pianist, live. So glad I'm privileged enough to hear these fantastic arrangements. The transition in this one between the two pieces is super baller.
+NASApigs Haha, I'm not, I'm a cellist primarily. DuskPiano and Bespinben off the top of my head are the finest PMD pianist performers that I know of on UA-cam, if anyone were to do it.
+Talgoran Well i could try.... i've contemplated performing these arrangements (recording each part separately of course. It would be impossible to do any of threelines3's works with 2 hands)... but i have an exam.... and everything i ever said i would play i never did in the end.......... dont be disappointed if it never happens...........
Been listening to your stuff for about 2 years now on and off, and I gotta say, I appreciate everything you've put out. These arrangements really helped with some low times in my life, and it really brought me back to the game I love. Thank you, Threelines.
Seriously, this PMD piano arrangement is awesome! Hidden Highland was always one of my favorite soundtrack from the game, but this version is pure epicness. This video deserves way more views and likes!
Ah it is Possible. However few notes need to be missed otherwise it sounds really jumbly unless you have perfect dynamics. Basicially line 1 and 2 can be played with the right hand.
Not exactly. Most of it is possible, but there are a few notes which require an extremely large handspan to play. Unless you can stretch a twelfth, this is impossible to play exactly, so as you said, a few notes will have to be omitted. Also, you would need to play more than one dynamic in one hand. Overall, it is theoretically possible, but would require an experienced pianist with large hands to do so.
