      @@HarryJohnson69 I've lived in Paris all my life, and I indeed have never heard anyone say that, or something similar. But then again, do people say "I feel very Barack Obama today" ? There's no problem with saying that, though to learn french, it wouldn't be where anyone should start :)

    • @HarryJohnson69
      @HarryJohnson69 6 років тому +1

      V.A.L no, but Paris is very much like New-York city in the sense that they are very liberal there with far left people that respect anti-intellectual figures like Simone de Beauvoir whereas in the rest of France a lot of people think she was crazy. France is very much everyone vs Paris and Paris isn’t anything like the south of France. On the other hand, I find it also ironic how generally she is more popular in America than in her own country. (I have family in NYC and Paris btw so I’ve lived in both)

      French is actually one of my mother tongues. I just meant all the French words/phrases they used are random/weird. Like what the hell does "je me sens très Simone De Beauvoir" mean? And why abricot, pain, croissant and not other words? Basically I just meant that their choice of phrases shouldn't be taken seriously at all, but I get that you were joking :)

    A cute and sexy model wearing lingerie says some words in French with the usual clichés about France and we have 1.3 million views and thousands of passionate comments, full of hatred or full of love, discussing about politics, history...
    Not so many countries would provoke such reactions. Well, I guess we are a special country. We French should be proud of that. Vive la France !

    • @guzy1971
      @guzy1971 9 років тому +5

      gabez8 I love Russia and russian girls are beautiful, but the russian girl has 260 K views (she would deserve more) versus 1,3 M for Camille ! Camille is cute, but she's not my type. There are beautiful girls everywhere but our chance in France is that we have an important diversity : blonde, redheaded, brunette, mediteranean types, nordic types and, more and more, oriental, asian or black types and, more and more, a mix of all of this. We always were a "métisse" country and we are becoming always more "métisse". Some people are upset about it, but it won't last.

    Lot of people hung up on the plates. The breaking plates probably aren't meant to be analyzed but whoever edited the piece probably liked it because it's cinematic, it's a woman smashing plates which suggests a fiery temperament and it follows Camille Rowe's line about everything they say and do being sexy. It's a fun short and Camille Rowe is perfect in it.

    But end up panicking when they ask me a question and say oui oui to everything.
    This has led me to having some unidentified sauces on my food, more cream in my coffee then actual coffee and all allot of other shit.
