It could be region, it could be new arc of main story, or something game changing like gen 2 character on PGR. The last time interview with solon translated by narushio was actually mistranslated and it became false expectation. I hope that will be clarified soon. As long as the content improve and the localization improve, especially with KR, I'm fine with anything. Also, maybe add new language localization for SEA and SA.
Either way having big updates every six months is a must for next year since the competition will increase with ananta, nte and azur premillia, so i expect to have something big like a new region or region expansion, Rinascita was rumored to be part of the 1.0 launch map but then they removed it, so probably most of renascita was already done and they just refined it with the feedback. Now they have the biggest opportunity to gather lot of players since Natlan is a "flop" and the main archon quest is near to end so Genshin will have filler patches and there's no competition for the next fell months, they must keep the hype up and having big updates every six months is the move
Honestly i'm glad i got to know this information from Kuro themselves, i'm glad to hear that they've managed to grow a big vision for WuWa, and to release big brand new content every 6 months?, if they actually manage to pull that off i will definetly be impressed, i have a lot o faith in Kuro Games and i can't wait to see what other exciting things they come up with for Wuthering Waves.

honestly, when i broke f2p, i felt confident my money wad going to passionate devs who always gave me what i love, and that is a sense of safety difficult to describe. I feel safe spending my money on this game, even tho i spent only 50$ so far, so less than a AAA game.
well, jinzhou is just 1 of the 7 city of huanglong, they should do a faster region updates. compared to jensin that only have 1 city per nation. i feel bad for the staff tho, hopefully they get paid as much as what they deserve.

Yes Kuro is as Indie as you could get, just a few years back with PGR, Solon Lee(CEO) and Dong one of their lead designers would do cosplays while doing live streams for PGR from what looked like someone's basement turned into a studio. They even cosplayed Rem and Ram from Re:Zero at one point while doing a PGR livestream 🤣 Kuro would literally do any gimmick back then to just keep PGR going, that's how small they were, now they're starting to finally grow and it feels great to see how they are reaching new heights now
